Abstract
【解決手段】透明性または半透明性の薄片状基質と、前記薄片状基質の表面に形成され、Mg、AlおよびCaからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属(以下、第1の金属という。)の水和酸化物、炭酸塩またはそれらの焼成物を含有する粒子層または被覆層(以下、第1層という。)と、前記第1層が形成された前記薄片状基質を被覆し、Si水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第2層という。)と、前記第2層を被覆し、Ti水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第3層という。)とを有することを特徴とするフィラー。

Description
1. 透明性または半透明性の薄片状基質と、
前記薄片状基質の表面に形成され、Mg、AlおよびCaからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属(以下、第1の金属という。)の水和酸化物、炭酸塩またはそれらの焼成物を含有する粒子層または被覆層(以下、第1層という。)と、
前記第1層が形成された前記薄片状基質を被覆し、Si水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第2層という。)と、
前記第2層を被覆し、Ti水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第3層という。)と
を有することを特徴とするフィラー。
2. 前記薄片状基質は、平均粒子径/平均厚さで表されるアスペクト比が10〜100、平均粒子径が5〜20μmの形状であることを特徴とする上記1記載のフィラー。
3. 前記薄片状基質は、天然雲母、合成雲母、薄片状アルミナ、ガラスフレーク、タルク、カオリンおよび薄片状シリカからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする上記1記載のフィラー。
4. 前記第2層と第3層の界面が、1μm長の範囲に基質表面から最も高い高さと最も低い高さの差が、30nm以上200nm以下の範囲で第2層の凹凸を有していることを特徴とする上記1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
5. 表面に、Ti水和酸化物またはその焼成物の結晶の70nm〜500nmの凝集塊を有することを特徴とする上記1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
6. フィラー全体に対する各層の重量割合が、
前記第1層が、第1の金属の金属酸化物換算で1〜7重量%であり、
前記第2層が、二酸化ケイ素換算で10〜40重量%であり、
前記第3層が、二酸化チタン換算で、20〜50重量%である
ことを特徴とする上記1〜5のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
7. 前記フィラーを20重量%含む膜厚7.0〜15μmの範囲にある乾燥塗膜が、ISO 13468−1(JIS K7361)による全光線透過率(τt)が70%以上、および平行光線透過率が20%以上、ISO 14782(JIS K7136)によるヘイズが40〜70を示すことを特徴とする上記1〜6のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
8. 吸油量が80〜150ml/100gの範囲であることを特徴とする上記1〜7のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
9. KES摩擦試験機による摩擦係数(MIU値)が0.75以下であることを特徴とする上記1〜8のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
10. 透明性または半透明性の薄片状基質を水に懸濁させ、この懸濁液に、Mg、AlおよびCaからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属(以下、第1の金属という。)塩水溶液と、アルカリ水溶液または炭酸塩水溶液とを中性もしくは塩基性下にて徐々に添加し、前記薄片状基質表面に、前記第1の金属の水和酸化物および/または炭酸塩を粒子状または層状に付着させる第1層形成工程と、
次いで、中性もしくは塩基性下にて、ケイ酸アルカリ水溶液と希鉱酸とを同時に徐々に添加し、前記第1層が形成された前記薄片状基質をSi水和酸化物で被覆する第2層形成工程と、
次いで、酸性下にて、Ti塩水溶液とアルカリ水溶液とを同時に徐々に添加し、前記第2層が形成された前記薄片状基質をTi水和酸化物で被覆する第3層形成工程と
を有することを特徴とするフィラーの製造方法。
11. 前記第3層が形成された後の前記薄片状基質を焼成する工程を有することを特徴とする上記10記載の製造方法。
12. 上記1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィラーの、化粧料、塗料、樹脂、インキ、印刷インキおよびコーティング材料における使用。
13. 上記1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィラーを、化粧料の組成全体の1〜50重量%含有する化粧料。
本発明のフィラーは、ファンデーションおよびその他の化粧料に使用することができる。即ち、本発明の化粧料としては、メーキャップ化粧料、毛髪用化粧料、制汗剤等が挙げられる。具体的には、例えばジェル、口紅、ファンデーション(乳化タイプ、リキッドタイプ、油性タイプ等)、コンパクトケーキ、クリーム、リップスティック、ほお紅、マスカラ、ネイルエナメル、まゆずみ、アイシャドー、アイライナー、毛髪剤、制汗パウダー、制汗スプレー等を挙げることができる。本発明のフィラーの配合量は、目的にあわせて適宜設定することができるが、例えば化粧品中1〜50重量%である。例えば、ファンデーションでは1〜25wt%、アイシャドーでは1〜40wt%、口紅では1〜20wt%、ネイルエナメルでは、0.1〜10wt%等が例示される。
粒子径1〜15μmの白雲母113gを水1750m1に懸濁した。この懸濁液を攪拌下、80℃まで加温した。それに塩化アルミニウム6水和物70gを水400mlに溶解させた水溶液470gと32wt%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液とをpHを9.5に保ちながら同時に滴下した。
粒子径1〜15μmの白雲母110gを水1700m1に懸濁させた。この懸濁液を攪拌下、80℃まで加温した。それに塩化アルミニウム6水和物70gを水400mlに溶解させた水溶液470gと32wt%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液とをpHを9.5に保ちながら同時に滴下した。
実施例1の条件下で、第1の金属に相当するAlの金属塩を使用せずに、調製を試みた。
Si水和酸化物層の被覆層は認められなかった。
従来のフィラーとして、Extender−W(メルク社製商品、50重量%酸化チタン被覆雲母、特許2121498に基づく)を用意した。フィラーの光学的特性の測定結果を表1に示す。
次の配合によりファンデーションを調製した。
タルク 38重量部
実施例1のフィラー 10重量部
雲母 (8μm) 10重量部
ステアリン酸マグネシウム 3重量部
ナイロンパウダー12 8重量部
黄色酸化鉄 1.9重量部
赤色酸化鉄 0.8重量部
酸化チタン 1.0重量部
ミネラルオイル 適量
(カプリル酸、カプリン酸)トリグリセリド 3.3重量部
ブチルパラベン 0.1重量部
次の配合によりコンパクトパウダーを調製した。
タルク 50重量部
実施例1のフィラー 10重量部
着色顔料 5重量部
ミリスチン酸イソプロピル 適量
ステアリン酸マグネシウム 2重量部
12 シリカ層
13 酸化チタン層
20 酸化チタン結晶の凝集塊
Claims (13)
- 透明性または半透明性の薄片状基質と、
前記薄片状基質の表面に形成され、Mg、AlおよびCaからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属(以下、第1の金属という。)の水和酸化物、炭酸塩またはそれらの焼成物を含有する粒子層または被覆層(以下、第1層という。)と、
前記第1層が形成された前記薄片状基質を被覆し、Si水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第2層という。)と、
前記第2層を被覆し、Ti水和酸化物またはその焼成物を含有する被覆層(以下、第3層という。)と
を有することを特徴とするフィラー。 - 前記薄片状基質は、平均粒子径/平均厚さで表されるアスペクト比が10〜100、平均粒子径が5〜20μmの形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィラー。
- 前記薄片状基質は、天然雲母、合成雲母、薄片状アルミナ、ガラスフレーク、タルク、カオリンおよび薄片状シリカからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィラー。
- 前記第2層と第3層の界面が、1μm長の範囲に基質表面から最も高い高さと最も低い高さの差が、30nm以上200nm以下の範囲で第2層の凹凸を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
- 表面に、Ti水和酸化物またはその焼成物の結晶の70nm〜500nmの凝集塊を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
- フィラー全体に対する各層の重量割合が、
前記第1層が、第1の金属の金属酸化物換算で1〜7重量%であり、
前記第2層が、二酸化ケイ素換算で10〜40重量%であり、
前記第3層が、二酸化チタン換算で、20〜50重量%である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフィラー。 - 前記フィラーを20重量%含む膜厚7.0〜15μmの範囲にある乾燥塗膜が、ISO 13468−1(JIS K7361)による全光線透過率(τt)が70%以上、および平行光線透過率が20%以上、ISO 14782(JIS K7136)によるヘイズが40〜70を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
- 吸油量が80〜150ml/100gの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
- KES摩擦試験機による摩擦係数(MIU値)が0.75以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のフィラー。
- 透明性または半透明性の薄片状基質を水に懸濁させ、この懸濁液に、Mg、AlおよびCaからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属(以下、第1の金属という。)塩水溶液と、アルカリ水溶液または炭酸塩水溶液とを中性もしくは塩基性下にて徐々に添加し、前記薄片状基質表面に、前記第1の金属の水和酸化物および/または炭酸塩を粒子状または層状に付着させる第1層形成工程と、
次いで、中性もしくは塩基性下にて、ケイ酸アルカリ水溶液と希鉱酸とを同時に徐々に添加し、前記第1層が形成された前記薄片状基質をSi水和酸化物で被覆する第2層形成工程と、
次いで、酸性下にて、Ti塩水溶液とアルカリ水溶液とを同時に徐々に添加し、前記第2層が形成された前記薄片状基質をTi水和酸化物で被覆する第3層形成工程と
を有することを特徴とするフィラーの製造方法。 - 前記第3層が形成された後の前記薄片状基質を焼成する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィラーの、化粧料、塗料、樹脂、インキ、印刷インキおよびコーティング材料における使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィラーを、化粧料の組成全体の1〜50重量%含有する化粧料。
