Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車20では、運転者により制動要求操作がなされたときにECOスイッチ88がオンされていると、ECOスイッチ88のオフ時に用いられる通常時回生配分率設定用マップに比べてエネルギ効率を優先するECOモード時回生配分率設定用マップと運転者の制動要求操作に基づく要求制動力BF*とを用いて目標回生配分率dが設定され(S150)、当該目標回生配分率dに基づいて要求制動力BF*が得られるようにモータMG2とブレーキユニット90とが制御される(S160〜S230)。

Description
運転者の制動要求操作により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
エネルギ効率を優先する効率優先モードを選択するための効率優先モード選択スイッチと、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオフされている場合には、前記要求制動力に対する前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第1の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定すると共に、前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオンされている場合には、前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べてエネルギ効率を優先して前記要求制動力に対する前記分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第2の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定する制動力分配比設定手段と、
前記設定された分配比に基づいて前記要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記摩擦制動手段とを制御する制動制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
(a)運転者により制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオフされている場合には、前記要求制動力に対する前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第1の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定すると共に、前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオンされている場合には、前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べてエネルギ効率を優先して前記要求制動力に対する前記分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第2の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて設定された分配比に基づいて前記要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記摩擦制動手段とを制御するステップと、
を含むものである。
Claims (9)
- 回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と摩擦制動力を出力可能な摩擦制動手段とを有する車両において、
運転者の制動要求操作により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
エネルギ効率を優先する効率優先モードを選択するための効率優先モード選択スイッチと、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオフされている場合には、前記要求制動力に対する前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第1の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定すると共に、前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオンされている場合には、前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べてエネルギ効率を優先して前記要求制動力に対する前記分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第2の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定する制動力分配比設定手段と、
前記設定された分配比に基づいて前記要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記摩擦制動手段とを制御する制動制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
車速を検出する車速検出手段を更に備え、
前記第2の制動力分配制約は、前記検出された車速が所定の車速域にあるときに前記回生制動力の配分を前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べて多くする車両。 - 前記第2の制動力分配制約は、前記電動機に前記回生制動力を出力させるときの車速である回生実行車速の下限値を前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べて小さく設定する請求項2に記載の車両。
- 請求項1から3の何れかに記載の車両において、
内燃機関と、
所定の車軸に接続される車軸側回転要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続されると共に前記車軸側回転要素に対して差回転可能な機関側回転要素とを有し、前記機関軸からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な動力伝達手段と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段とを更に備え、
前記電動機は、前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能である車両。 - 前記動力伝達手段は、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸とに接続されて電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関の動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力すると共に前記蓄電手段と電力をやり取り可能な電力動力入出力手段である請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力可能な発電用電動機と、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸と前記発電用電動機の回転軸との3軸に接続され、これら3軸のうちの何れか2軸に入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の軸に入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段とを含む請求項5に記載の車両。
- 前記動力伝達手段は、無段変速機である請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記電動機は、所定の車軸に動力を入出力可能である請求項1から3の何れかに記載の車両。
- 回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、摩擦制動力を出力可能な摩擦制動手段と、エネルギ効率を優先する効率優先モードを選択するための効率優先モード選択スイッチとを備えた車両の制御方法であって、
(a)運転者により制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオフされている場合には、前記要求制動力に対する前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第1の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定すると共に、前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記効率優先モード選択スイッチがオンされている場合には、前記第1の制動力分配制約に比べてエネルギ効率を優先して前記要求制動力に対する前記分配比と前記車速との関係を規定する第2の制動力分配制約と前記設定された要求制動力とを用いて前記回生制動力と前記摩擦制動力との分配比を設定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて設定された分配比に基づいて前記要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記摩擦制動手段とを制御するステップと、
を含む車両の制御方法。
