【解決手段】内燃機関1が出力した動力を第1の電動機2と出力軸5とに分配する動力分配機構4と、その出力軸5と第2の電動機3との間にトルク伝達可能に配置されかつ所定の入力要素の回転数に対して前記出力軸5の回転数が高回転数となるオーバードライブ変速比を設定可能な変速機構6とを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置において、前記内燃機関1を前記変速機構6における前記入力要素に選択的に連結するとともに前記変速機構6をオーバードライブ変速比に設定する係合機構Cod,Bhiを更に備えている。

Claims (13)
- 内燃機関が出力した動力を第1の電動機と出力部材とに分配する動力分配機構と、その出力部材と第2の電動機との間にトルク伝達可能に配置されかつ所定の入力要素の回転数に対して前記出力部材の回転数が高回転数となるオーバードライブ変速比を設定可能な変速機構とを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置において、
前記内燃機関を前記変速機構における前記入力要素に選択的に連結するとともに前記変速機構をオーバードライブ変速比に設定する係合機構を更に備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記変速機構は、いずれかの回転要素同士が連結された第1遊星歯車機構と第2遊星歯車機構との二組の遊星歯車機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第1遊星歯車機構は、外歯歯車である第1サンギヤと、その第1サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置された内歯歯車である第1リングギヤと、前記第1サンギヤに噛み合っているピニオンギヤおよび該ピニオンギヤと前記第1リングギヤとに噛み合っている他のピニオンギヤを保持する第1キャリヤとを有するダブルピニオン型遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記第2遊星歯車機構は、外歯歯車である第2サンギヤと、その第2サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置された内歯歯車である第2リングギヤと、前記第2サンギヤおよび前記第2リングギヤに噛み合っているピニオンギヤを保持する第2キャリヤとを有するシングルピニオン型遊星歯車機構によって構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1遊星歯車機構および第2遊星歯車機構は同一軸線上に隣接して配置されるとともに、これらの遊星歯車機構の外周側には、それぞれのリングギヤ同士を互いに連結しかつそれらのリングギヤを前記出力部材に連結される連結部材のみが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第1キャリヤと第2サンギヤとが互いに一体回転するように連結されるとともに、前記第1サンギヤに前記第2の電動機が連結され、
前記係合機構は、前記第2キャリヤを前記内燃機関に選択的に連結する第1クラッチ機構と、前記第1キャリヤおよび第2サンギヤを選択的に制動する第1ブレーキ機構とを含み、
さらに前記第2キャリヤを選択的に制動する第2ブレーキ機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1サンギヤと第2サンギヤとが互いに連結されて同軸化されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第1キャリヤに前記第2の電動機が連結され、
前記係合機構は、前記第2キャリヤと前記内燃機関とを選択的に連結する第2クラッチ機構と、前記第1サンギヤおよび第2サンギヤを選択的に制動する第3ブレーキ機構とを含み、
さらに前記第2キャリヤを選択的に制動する第4ブレーキ機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1遊星歯車機構と第2遊星歯車機構とは互いに隣接して前記第2の電動機と同一軸線上に配置され、
これらの遊星歯車機構におけるいずれかの回転要素を制動して前記オーバードライブ変速比を設定する第5ブレーキ機構と、他の回転要素を制動して前記オーバードライブ変速比より大きい変速比を設定する第6ブレーキ機構とを更に備え、
これら第5ブレーキ機構および第6ブレーキ機構は前記第2の電動機と前記各遊星歯車機構との間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1キャリヤと第2サンギヤとが互いに一体回転するように連結されるとともに、前記第1リングギヤと前記第2キャリヤとが互いに一体回転するように連結され、さらに前記第1サンギヤに前記第2の電動機が連結されるとともに、前記第2リングギヤが出力部材に連結され、
前記係合機構は、前記第1リングギヤおよび第2キャリヤを前記内燃機関に選択的に連結する第3クラッチ機構と、前記第1キャリヤおよび第2サンギヤを選択的に制動する第5ブレーキ機構とを含み、
さらに前記第1リングギヤおよび第2キャリヤを選択的に制動する第6ブレーキ機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1リングギヤおよび第2キャリヤを選択的に制動する第7ブレーキ機構を更に備え、その第7ブレーキ機構が前記第2遊星歯車機構の外周側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第1リングギヤと第2キャリヤとが互いに一体回転するように連結されるとともに、前記第1キャリヤと第2サンギヤとが互いに一体回転するように連結され、さらに前記第1サンギヤに前記第2の電動機が連結されるとともに、前記第2リングギヤが前記出力部材に連結され、
前記係合機構は、前記第1キャリヤおよび第2サンギヤを選択的に制動する第8ブレーキ機構と、前記第1リングギヤおよび第2キャリヤを前記内燃機関に選択的に連結する第4クラッチ機構とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1遊星歯車機構は、外歯歯車である第1サンギヤと、その第1サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置された内歯歯車である第1リングギヤと、前記第1サンギヤに噛み合っているピニオンギヤおよび該ピニオンギヤと前記第1リングギヤとに噛み合っている他のピニオンギヤを保持する第1キャリヤとを有するダブルピニオン型遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記第2遊星歯車機構は、外歯歯車である第3サンギヤと、その第3サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置された内歯歯車である第3リングギヤと、前記第3サンギヤに噛み合っているピニオンギヤおよび該ピニオンギヤと前記第3リングギヤとに噛み合っている他のピニオンギヤを保持する第3キャリヤとを有するダブルピニオン型遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記第1キャリヤと前記第3リングギヤとが一体回転するように互いに連結されるとともに、これら第1キャリヤと第3リングギヤとが前記出力部材に連結され、さらに前記第3キャリヤに前記第2の電動機が連結され、
前記係合機構は、前記内燃機関と前記第1リングギヤとを選択的に連結する第5クラッチ機構と、前記第1サンギヤおよび第3サンギヤを選択的に制動する第9ブレーキ機構とを含み、
さらに前記第1リングギヤを選択的に制動する第10ブレーキ機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記係合機構は、前記内燃機関と前記入力要素とを選択的に連結する連結機構と、制動機構を含み、
前記変速機構は、前記入力要素と、前記第2の電動機に連結された回転要素と、前記出力部材に連結された他の回転要素と、前記制動機構によって選択的に制動される更に他の回転要素とを含み、
前記連結機構によって前記内燃機関と前記入力要素とを連結する際に前記第1の電動機の回転数を制御できない場合に、前記制動機構を解放させるとともに、前記第2の電動機によって前記入力要素の回転数を制御して前記連結機構の同期制御を行う手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
