Abstract
【解決手段】圧力スイッチ10は、ハウジング12を構成するケース28に孔部30を介して継手ホルダ18が装着され、前記継手ホルダ18に配管77が接続された継手20が接続される。この継手ホルダ18には、貫通孔42の中央部に前記ハウジング12内に収容された検出部16と一直線上に配置された防護壁68を有し、継手20の管路78を通じて検出部16へと導入される圧力流体が、前記防護壁68を避けるように一組の連通口70a、70bへと迂回するように流通する。

前記圧力流体が流通する第1通路を有するハウジングと、
前記第1通路と臨むように前記ハウジングの内部に収容され、前記圧力流体の圧力を検出する検出部と、
前記ハウジングに装着され、前記第1通路と連通し且つ同軸上に配置された第2通路を有するアダプタと、
前記アダプタに対して着脱自在に設けられ、前記圧力流体の供給される配管が接続される継手と、
前記第1及び第2通路の軸線上に配置され、前記検出部に向かって流通する前記圧力流体の流通を規制する壁部と、
を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 圧力流体の圧力を検出する検出部を有し、前記検出部によって検出された圧力値に基づいた出力信号を出力する圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記圧力流体が流通する第1通路を有するハウジングと、
前記第1通路と臨むように前記ハウジングの内部に収容され、前記圧力流体の圧力を検出する検出部と、
前記ハウジングに装着され、前記第1通路と連通し且つ同軸上に配置された第2通路を有するアダプタと、
前記アダプタに対して着脱自在に設けられ、前記圧力流体の供給される配管が接続される継手と、
前記第1及び第2通路の軸線上に配置され、前記検出部に向かって流通する前記圧力流体の流通を規制する壁部と、
を備えることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記壁部は、前記第1又は第2通路に設けられ、該第1又は第2通路の内周面と前記壁部との間に前記圧力流体が流通する連通口が形成されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記壁部は、前記第1又は第2通路の通路断面積の約1/3を覆うように設定されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記継手は、前記第2通路を介して前記アダプタの内部に挿入され、前記アダプタに形成されたピン孔に挿通された連結ピンが係合されることによって該アダプタに対して連結されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
