Abstract
【解決手段】 丸形ボトルにおいて、円筒状の形状を基体とした胴部の上端部若しくは下端部のいずれか一方において、胴径を中央高さ方向に向けてテーパー状に縮径させたテーパー部を設けて、テーパー部の最縮径部分において胴部のウエスト部を形成し、胴部の、ウエスト部に隣接した高さ範囲において、周囲を段部で囲うようにして複数の減圧吸収パネルを陥没状に周方向に並列形成する。

Description
円筒状の形状を基体とした胴部の上端部若しくは下端部のいずれか一方において、胴径を中央高さ方向に向けてテーパー状に縮径させたテーパー部を設けて、該テーパー部の最縮径部分において胴部のウエスト部を形成すること、
胴部の、ウエスト部に隣接した高さ範囲において、周囲を段部で囲うようにして複数の減圧吸収パネルを陥没状に周方向に並列形成すること、
にある。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、テーパー部を胴部上端部か下端部に設け、それによりウエスト部を形成するので、テーパー部を除いた十分な高さ範囲において減圧吸収パネルを上下に分断することなく配設可能であり、減圧吸収機能を十分発揮させることができる。
図1は本発明の合成樹脂製丸形ボトルの第1実施例の全体正面図である。本実施例のボトル1はPET樹脂製の2軸延伸ブロー成形品であり、高さが215mm、胴部4外径が66mmで通称容量が500mlのものである。
また、このボトル1は円筒形状を基体とした胴部4と、この胴部4の上端に、略半球弧壁状の肩部3を介して、外周面に螺条とネックリングとを設けて連設された、円筒状の口筒部2と、胴部4の下端に、底壁中央部をボトル内方に陥没させて連設された底部5とから構成されている。
ここで、減圧状態の応力解析によると、本実施例のように傾斜パネル12aと傾斜した柱部11で減圧吸収機能部分を構成する丸形ボトルでは、減圧度が大きくなると、胴部4がこの傾斜した柱部11に沿うように捻じれ変形し胴部4が縮径変形して効果的な減圧吸収機能が発揮される一方で、その際に柱部11にその傾斜方向に沿って大きな引張応力が作用すると共に、特に上記した鋭角を形成する角部(13UR、13LL)近傍で比較的大きな応力集中が発生し、局所的に壁が屈曲するようにして座屈変形が発生する傾向にあるが、このような変形に対しては凹溝15が補強効果を発揮し、座屈変形の発生を効果的に抑制することができる。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状の形状を基体とした胴部(4)の上端部若しくは下端部のいずれか一方において、胴径を中央高さ方向に向けてテーパー状に縮径させたテーパー部(6)を設けて、該テーパー部(6)の最縮径部分において前記胴部(4)のウエスト部(7)を形成し、前記胴部(4)の、前記ウエスト部(7)に隣接した高さ範囲において、周囲を段部(10)で囲うようにして複数の減圧吸収パネル(12)を陥没状に周方向に並列形成するように構成した合成樹脂製丸形ボトル。
- テーパー部(6)の高さ寸法を胴部(4)の高さ寸法の15%以下とし、該テーパー部(6)における縮径の程度を最小径が最大径の75〜95%の範囲になるようにした請求項1記載の合成樹脂製丸形ボトル。
- 減圧吸収パネル(12)を、一定方向に傾斜した傾斜パネル(12a)とした請求項1または2記載の合成樹脂製丸形ボトル。
- 胴部(4)の上端部と下端部に周溝(8)を形成し、テーパー部(6)を前記周溝(8)の前記胴部(4)中央高さ位置側に配設するようにした請求項1、2または3記載の合成樹脂製丸形ボトル。
