Abstract
【解決手段】第2メインシャフト27およびカウンタシャフト28間に、第1および第2クラッチ37,38とは反対側に第1速用歯車列G1を配置して複数の奇数段用歯車列G1,G3,G5が設けられ、第2メインシャフト27の第1速用歯車列G1側の端部が、第2メインシャフト27に一体に設けられる第1速用駆動歯車89の外径よりも大径のメインシャフト側ボールベアリング31を介して機関本体に回転自在に支承され、メインシャフト側ボールベアリング31の外輪31aが、該外輪31aの外周部に係合する固定板95で機関本体に固定される。

Claims (2)
- 第1メインシャフト(26)の一端部および内燃機関間に第1クラッチ(37)が設けられ、第1メインシャフト(26)を同軸にかつ相対回転自在に貫通する第2メインシャフト(27)の一端部および内燃機関間に第2クラッチ(38)が設けられ、第1メインシャフト(26)およびカウンタシャフト(28)間ならびに第2メインシャフト(27)および前記カウンタシャフト(28)間に、複数変速段の歯車列(G1,G2,G3,G4,G5,G6)が択一的な確立を可能として設けられる変速装置において、前記第2メインシャフト(27)およびカウンタシャフト(28)間に、前記第1および第2クラッチ(37,38)とは反対側に第1速用歯車列(G1)を配置して複数の奇数段用歯車列(G1,G3,G5)が設けられ、前記第2メインシャフト(27)の前記第1および第2クラッチ(37,38)とは反対側の端部が、第1速用歯車列(G1)の一部を構成して第2メインシャフト(27)に一体に設けられる第1速用駆動歯車(89)の外径よりも大径のメインシャフト側ボールベアリング(31)を介して機関本体(11)に回転自在に支承され、前記メインシャフト側ボールベアリング(31)の外輪(31a)が、該外輪(31a)の外周部に係合する固定板(95)で前記機関本体(11)に固定されることを特徴とする変速装置。
- 前記カウンタシャフト(28)の前記第1および第2クラッチ(37,38)とは反対側の端部がカウンタシャフト側ボールベアリング(33)を介して前記機関本体(11)に回転自在に支承され、前記メインシャフト側ボールベアリング(31)および前記カウンタシャフト側ボールベアリング(33)の外輪(31a,33a)が共通の前記固定板(95)で機関本体(11)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速装置。
