Abstract
【解決手段】成分として、以下の成分を配合する。(A)エポキシ基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン、(B)アミノ基を含有するオルガノシランオリゴマー、(C)非膨潤性の合成雲母を含有する添加剤をそれぞれ主成分とする塗料組成物。
Description
これらの環境下に設置された、これらの装置に使用されている鋼材が侵されることにより穴開きなどの損傷を来たし、公害防止関連機器装置等の寿命が短くなり各装置メーカーはその対応に苦慮している。
従って、塗装工程が多く、且つ多種類の塗装材料を使用しなければならないという課題があった。
(A)主剤はエポキシ基を含有するオリガノポリシキロンであり、一般式は下記で示される。

なお、(A)成分のエポキシ基と(B)成分のアミノ基が、塗装した際に反応して塗膜を硬化させるのである。
Claims (5)
- 主剤としてエポキシ基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン、硬化剤としてアミノ基を含有するオルガノシランオリゴマー、添加材料として非膨潤性の合成雲母をそれぞれ主成分として硬化することを特徴とする塗料組成物。
- 主剤としてエポキシ基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサンを少なくとも顔料成分中50重量%を含有し、他の樹脂材料との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗料組成物。
- 主剤を構成する他の樹脂材料がシリコーン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、フッ素樹脂、若しくはソレラノシリコーン変性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の塗料組成物。
- 硬化剤としてのアミノ基を含有するオルガノシランオリゴマーが、γ−アミノプロピルトリトメキシラン、γ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシラン、β−アミノエチルアミノプロピルトリトメキシラン、β−アミノエチルプロピルトリエトキシランなどであるであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗料組成物。
- 添加材料として非膨潤性の合成雲母を少なくとも顔料成分中50重量%を含有し、その他の添加材料成分として酸性或いはアルカリ性水溶液と反応しないガラス繊維、ガラス繊維粉、強化ガラス微粉、グラファイト粉、石英粉あるいはそれらの対応する燐片状、フィルム状、ウイスカー状形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗料組成物。
