本发明是一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%抛光液,10~35%氯化铁,1~10%表面活性剂,0~3%硅烷偶联剂,0~2.5%丙烯酸树脂,5~20%颜料,10~20%氧化锂,30~60%催化剂,通过本方法制备的产品,配方合理,能效地提高了金属材料的耐磨性、避免金属表面的刮伤,同时,具有良好的耐油性,耐候性,有效地提高了金属材料的使用寿命以及美观度。

背景技术
金属涂料是具有金属质感的涂料,多数需要对金属表面进行某种形式的预处理,改善表面状况,以利于提高涂层的附着力、增强对金属基材的防腐保护作用,现有的技术中,在进行涂抹金属涂料的过程中,很难控制溶剂的挥发速度,会造成金属的防腐效果不足等情况的发生。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,配方合理,能效地提高了金属材料的耐磨性、避免金属表面的刮伤,同时,具有良好的耐油性,耐候性,有效地提高了金属材料的使用寿命以及美观度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%抛光液,10~35%氯化铁,1~10%表面活性剂, 0~3%硅烷偶联剂,0~2.5%丙烯酸树脂,5~20%颜料,10~20%氧化锂,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,配方合理,能效地提高了金属材料的耐磨性、避免金属表面的刮伤,同时,具有良好的耐油性,耐 候性,有效地提高了金属材料的使用寿命以及美观度。

实施例1
一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%抛光液,10%氯化铁,1%表面活性剂,1%硅烷偶联剂,1%丙烯酸树脂,5%颜料,10%氧化锂,30%催化剂,此时涂抹的过程中可能会出现外观不整,金属感不强等情况。
实施例2
一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%抛光液,35%氯化铁,10%表面活性剂,3%硅烷偶联剂,2.5%丙烯酸树脂,20%颜料,20%氧化锂,60%催化剂,此时可能会导致涂抹的防护涂料不能很好的保护金属不受侵蚀。
实施例3
一种合金金属的表面防护涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%抛光液,23%氯化铁,5%表面活性剂, 1.5%硅烷偶联剂,1.25%丙烯酸树脂,13%颜料,15%氧化锂,45%催化剂,此时配方合理,能效地提高了金属材料的耐磨性、避免金属表面的刮伤,同时,具有良好的耐油性,耐 候性,有效地提高了金属材料的使用寿命以及美观度。
