本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层。
背景技术
金属涂料是具有金属质感的涂料,多数需要对金属表面进行某种形式的预处理,改善表面状况,以利于提高涂层的附着力、增强对金属基材的防腐保护作用,现有的技术中,镁的化学非常活泼,极易发生腐蚀,因此,对镁合金材料表面附着一层耐腐蚀金属涂层,以提高其耐腐蚀性就显得迫为需要。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层,形成耐腐蚀涂层,该涂层与镁合金材料的结合力好、制造工艺简单、安全又环保,能有效提高镁合金底材的耐腐蚀性能及表面质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%氧化铝磁粉,10~35%甲基纤维素,1~10%锌粉, 0~3%锡粉,0~2.5%消泡剂,5~20%着色剂,10~20%氧化锰,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,形成耐腐蚀涂层,该涂层与镁合金材料的结合力好、制造工艺简单、安全又环保,能有效提高镁合金底材的耐腐蚀性能及表面质量。

实施例1
一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%氧化铝磁粉,10%甲基纤维素,1%锌粉,1%锡粉,1%消泡剂,5%着色剂,10%氧化锰,30%催化剂,此时涂层与镁合金材料的结合力不足。
实施例2
一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%氧化铝磁粉,35%甲基纤维素,10%锌粉,3%锡粉,2.5%消泡剂,20%着色剂,20%氧化锰,60%催化剂,此时环保程度不足且过程安全性不达标。
实施例3
一种耐腐蚀的金属材料涂层,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%氧化铝磁粉,23%甲基纤维素,5%锌粉, 1.5%锡粉,1.25%消泡剂,13%着色剂,15%氧化锰,45%催化剂,此时形成耐腐蚀涂层,该涂层与镁合金材料的结合力好、制造工艺简单、安全又环保,能有效提高镁合金底材的耐腐蚀性能及表面质量。
