本发明公开了一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,该铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层包括:金属铁艺基体、铝合金涂层和纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层,所述铝合金涂层的成分及其重量百分比为 :铝粉 70%-80%、 锌粉 3%-5%、镁粉3%-5%、粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,所述各纳米复合金属材料的质量百分比分别为 :铜50%-70%、锌粉 3%-5%、镍 3%-5%、锌 50%-55%,粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,本发明能有效增强金属基体的耐磨性能,同时改善金属基体的表面质量,使其具有良好的防腐蚀性能,同时工艺简单,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层。
背景技术
涂层是指附着在某一基体材料上起某种特殊作用,且与基体材料具有一定结合强 度的薄层材料。它可以克服基体材料的某种缺陷,改善其表面特性,如光学特性、电学特性、 耐侵蚀及腐蚀、耐磨损性和提高机械强度等,它属于一种有支撑体的薄膜。
工业上,通常采用电镀方式在基体表面镀上一层其他金属或合金,来达到或改善 对基体金属外观和机械性能。但传统的电镀工艺十分复杂,并且会产生有害物质,其工艺成本高且不安全环保。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,克服现有技术的不足,在金属基层表面浇注铝合金涂层和纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,该铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层包括:金属铁艺基体、铝合金涂层和纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层,所述铝合金涂层的成分及其重量百分比为 :铝粉 70%-80%、 锌粉 3%-5%、镁粉3%-5%、粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,所述各纳米复合金属材料的质量百分比分别为 :铜50%-70%、锌粉 3%-5%、镍 3%-5%、锌 50%-55%,粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,所述铝合金涂层配方量的铝粉、锌粉、镁粉、镍粉、粘结剂和分散剂经混合、研磨、高速分散后制得浆料, 所述浆料经高温喷涂在所述金属基体上形成所述耐磨涂层,其次将所述各纳米复合金属材料制成纳米复合金属涂料, 然后采用流涂法将所述纳米复合金属涂料浇注在所述铁金属基体的表面上,再经干燥、烧制而成所述纳米复合防腐蚀涂层。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,该铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层包括:金属铁艺基体、铝合金涂层和纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层,所述铝合金涂层的成分及其重量百分比为 :铝粉 75%、 锌粉 3%、镁粉5%、粘结剂 5%、分散剂 5%,所述各纳米复合金属材料的质量百分比分别为 :铜70%、锌粉5%、镍5%、锌 50%%,粘结剂 5%、分散剂 5%,所述铝合金涂层配方量的铝粉、锌粉、镁粉、镍粉、粘结剂和分散剂经混合、研磨、高速分散后制得浆料, 所述浆料经高温喷涂在所述金属基体上形成所述耐磨涂层,其次将所述各纳米复合金属材料制成纳米复合金属涂料, 然后采用流涂法将所述纳米复合金属涂料浇注在所述铁金属基体的表面上,再经干燥、烧制而成所述纳米复合防腐蚀涂层。

1.一种铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,其特征在于:金属铁艺基体、铝合金涂层和纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层,所述铝合金涂层的成分及其重量百分比为 :铝粉 70%-80%、 锌粉 3%-5%、镁粉3%-5%、粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,所述各纳米复合金属材料制备而成的涂层的质量百分比分别为 :铜50%-70%、锌粉 3%-5%、镍 3%-5%、锌 50%-55%,粘结剂 3%-7%、分散剂 3%-8%,所述铝合金涂层配方量的铝粉、锌粉、镁粉、镍粉、粘结剂和分散剂经混合、研磨、高速分散后制得浆料, 所述浆料经高温喷涂在所述金属基体上形成所述耐磨涂层,其次将所述各纳米复合金属材料制成纳米复合金属涂料, 然后采用流涂法将所述纳米复合金属涂料浇注在所述铁金属基体的表面上,再经干燥、烧制而成所述纳米复合防腐蚀涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,其特征在于:所述铝粉、锌粉、镁粉、镍粉的平均粒径为 600-680nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铁艺栏杆耐磨防腐蚀外涂层,其特征在于:所述高温喷涂的温度为3500-4500℃。
