Abstract
【解決手段】亜臨界または超臨界状態の水を反応溶媒として、ジオール化合物をカルボン酸アンモニウム塩と共存させて反応させることにより、有機溶媒及び金属系触媒を用いることなく、ジオール化合物からジアミド化合物を生成させることができる。また、当該ジアミド化合物から加水分解によりジアミン化合物を得ることができる。

Description
SUS316製回分式反応器(長さ105.7mm、内径12.7mm、厚さ2.1mm、内容積6cm3)に、1,5−ペンタンジオール0.10g(1mmol)、酢酸アンモニウム3.08g(40mmol)、超純水を表1に記載の量を仕込み、アルゴンガス(圧力:大気圧)により系内を置換した。反応は、予め反応温度に設定した流動砂浴内に回分式反応器を投入することにより開始させた。ここでは、流動砂浴の温度を反応温度とした。続いて、所定の反応時間経過後、流動砂浴から取り出した回分式反応器を、14℃の冷水浴に投入することにより、反応を停止させた。生成物は高速液体クロマトグラフィにより以下の条件で定性、定量を行った。また、生成物は、別途合成した標準物質とガスクロマト装置(HEWLETT−PACKARD製、HP6890シリーズガスクロマト装置)を使用して当該化合物であることを比較確認した。

ジオール化合物として1,6−ヘキサンジオールを使用し、表1に示す条件で実施例1と同様にして反応を行った。
Claims (9)
- 亜臨界または超臨界状態の水を反応溶媒とし、ジオール化合物とカルボン酸アンモニウム塩とを反応させて、ジアミド化合物を生成させることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記ジオール化合物は、脂肪族鎖式ジオール化合物、脂環式ジオール化合物、芳香族ジオール化合物の群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記ジオール化合物は、脂肪族鎖式ジオール化合物であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項2または3に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記脂肪族鎖式ジオール化合物の炭素数は3〜8の範囲であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記カルボン酸アンモニウム塩は、酢酸アンモニウムであることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記反応時の温度は、250℃〜600℃の範囲であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記反応時の圧力は、5MPa〜300MPaの範囲であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法であって、
前記反応時の前記水の密度は、0.1g/cm3〜0.8g/cm3の範囲であることを特徴とするジアミド化合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のジアミド化合物の製造方法により得られるジアミド化合物を加水分解することによりジアミン化合物を得ることを特徴とするジアミン化合物の製造方法。
