Abstract

ここでεrは、誘電体材料の比誘電率(誘電率とも称する)であり、通常この値は、約2未満から約2650までの範囲を有し、無次元単位である;
εeffは、誘電体材料の実効誘電率(実際の誘電率または静電誘電率とも称する)である;
εoは、自由空間の誘電率であり、8.8541878176×10-12F/mの一定値である。損失正接は、基板材料を通る信号に生じる損失の量を特徴付ける。損失は、周波数が増加すると、増える傾向にある。従って、低損失材料は、周波数が増加するに従いより重要となり、特に、受信器のフロントエンド、及び、低雑音増幅器回路を設計する際に、重要となる。

Claims (8)
- 無線周波数信号を処理する回路において、
少なくとも一つの基板層を有し、当該回路が設置される基板であって、前記基板層は、第1の領域に、第1の組の基板特性を有し、第2の領域に、少なくとも第2の組の基板特性を有し、該第2の組の基板特性は、前記第1の組の基板特性とは異なる基板特性を提供する、基板と、
該基板に結合された少なくとも一つの接地面と、
共振線路と、
を有し、
前記共振線路の少なくとも一部は、前記第2の領域に結合され、前記基板の少なくとも一部は、電気絶縁性コーティングを有する金属コアを有する粒子からなるメタ材料で形成されていることを特徴とする回路。 - 前記第1の組の基板特性および前記第2の組の基板特性のうちの少なくとも一方は、別個に改質され、選択領域における誘電率と透磁率のうち少なくとも一つが変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記第1の組の基板特性は、第1の誘電率を有し、
前記第2の組の基板特性は、第2の誘電率を有し、
該第2の誘電率は、前記第1の誘電率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。 - 前記第1の組の基板特性は、第1の透磁率を有し、
前記第2の組の基板特性は、第2の透磁率を有し、
該第2の透磁率は、前記第1の透磁率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。 - さらに前記基板は、第3の領域に、少なくとも第3の組の基板特性を有し、
該第3の組の基板特性は、前記第1および第2の組の基板特性とは異なる基板特性を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。 - 遷移領域を有する前記共振線路の少なくとも一部は、前記第3の領域に結合され、該遷移領域は、入力ポートと前記共振線路の接合部に設置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路。
- 前記第3の組の基板特性は、第3の誘電率を有し、
前記第2の組の基板特性は、第2の誘電率を有し、
前記第3の誘電率は、前記第2の誘電率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。 - 前記第3の組の基板特性は、第3の透磁率を有し、
前記第2の組の基板特性は、第2の透磁率を有し、
前記第3の透磁率は、前記第2の透磁率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回路。
