Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 導電性の基部、並びにこの基部の第1の部分に設けられ、かつクロムと亜鉛との少なくとも一方からなる少なくとも1つのシールコーティングを有する電気接触子と、
前記シールコーティングが設けられた前記第1の部分の少なくとも一部分にオーバーモールド成形されたオーバーモールド成形の電気コネクタハウジングとを具備し、
前記シールコーティングは、間隙が、前記接触子とオーバーモールド成形されたハウジングとの間の接合部に形成されて、この接合部を通る蒸気の流れを防止する電気コネクタ。 - 前記導電性の基部は、銅合金からなっている請求項1の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、アセタールからなっている請求項1の電気コネクタ。
- 前記シールコーティングは、クロムと亜鉛との両方からなっている請求項1の電気コネクタ。
- 前記シールコーティングは、前記基部に電気堆積されたコーティングである請求項1の電気コネクタ。
- 前記基部の少なくとも1つの第2の部分に、スズがさらにめっきされている請求項1の電気コネクタ。
- 前記スズは、前記シールコーティングと基部との間に位置されていない請求項6の電気コネクタ。
- 請求項1の電気コネクタを具備し、前記ハウジングは、燃料タンクハウジングに装着されるようなサイズ並びに形状を有している燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 銅合金で形成された基部部材、この基部部材に配置され、かつ電気堆積された無機コーティングであるシールコーティングを有する第1の部分、並びに前記基部部材に配置されたスズのコーティングを有し、かつ第2の電気コネクタと電気接続するようになっている接触子の接触エリアを有する少なくとも1つの第2の部分を各々が有する複数の電気接触子と、
前記第1の部分の少なくとも一部分にオーバーモールド成形されたオーバーモールド成形の電気コネクタハウジングとを具備し、
前記シールコーティングは、前記接触子とオーバーモールド成形されたハウジングとの間の接合部のところに配置され、また、複数の前記第2の部分の各々の少なくとも一部分は、前記第2の電気コネクタとの電気接触のための接合部から離間して配置され、また、前記ハウジングは、燃料タンクハウジングに接続されるようになっている燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。 - 前記電気堆積された無機コーティングは、クロムと亜鉛との少なくとも一方からなっている請求項9の燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 前記電気堆積された無機コーティングは、クロムと亜鉛との両方からなっている請求項10の燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、アセタールからなっている請求項9の燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 前記スズは、前記シールコーティングと基部との間には位置置されていない請求項9の燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 前記スズは、前記基部に選択的に電気めっきされている請求項9の燃料タンク用の電気コネクタ。
- 複数の電気接触子の第1の部分に無機コーティングを電気堆積する工程と、
前記接触子の複数の第2の部分をスズでめっきする工程と、
ポリマーのハウジングを前記接触子にオーバーモールド成形する工程とを具備し、前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングと接触子との間の接合部のところで前記無機コーティングにより前記接触子にオーバーモールド成形されて、この接合部のところで前記ハウジングと接触子との間にシールを形成し、また、前記無機コーティングは、前記ハウジングが、この無機コーティングにオーバーモールド成形された後に冷却されたときに接着並びにシールを与え、従って、間隙若しくは亀裂が、前記接合部のところで前記オーバーモールドされたハウジングに発生するのを実質的に防止する電気コネクタを製造する方法。 - 前記無機コーティングは、クロムと亜鉛との少なくとも一方からなる請求項15の方法。
- 前記無機コーティングは、クロムと亜鉛との両方からなる請求項16の方法。
- 前記スズは、前記無機コーティングと電気接触子の前記基部との間には位置されない請求項15の方法。
- 前記スズは、接触子の前記基部に電気めっきされる請求項15の方法。
- 前記ポリマーは、前記無機コーティングに直接オーバーモールド成形されるアセタールからなる請求項15の方法。
