Claims (10)
- 芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法において、該方法は、ナフタレン及びC11芳香族炭化水素を含む供給物ストリームをトランスアルキル化条件で触媒と接触させて、C8芳香族炭化水素を含む生成物ストリームを生成することを含み、前記触媒は、固体酸支持物質と、白金、パラジウム、ニッケル、錫、鉛、イリジウム、ゲルマニウム、レニウム又はそれらの組み合せから成る群から選択される金属成分とを含んでいることを特徴とする芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 固体酸支持物質が、モルデン沸石、マザイト、ゼオライトベータ、ZSM−11、ZSM−12、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、MFI型ゼオライト、NES型ゼオライト、EU−1、MAPO−36、MAPSO−31、SAPO−5、SAPO−11、SAPO−41、及びシリカ−アルミナ並びにそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 固体酸支持物質がモルデン沸石であり、金属成分が、白金、錫、及びレニウムから成る群から選択され、好ましくは金属成分が、0.01〜2重量%の量存在するレニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリーム及び生成物ストリームが、D2887シミュレート蒸留GC法で測定して99.5重量%の終端沸点をもつことによって特徴付けられ、また上記生成物ストリームの終端沸点が、上記供給物ストリームの終端沸点より少なくとも5℃、好ましくは少なくとも10℃低いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリームのナフタレン含有量が、少なくとも0.3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも0.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリームのナフタレンの変換が、フレッシュ供給物をベースに計算して少なくとも80重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 触媒が、さらに無機酸化物バインダーを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリームのインダン含有量が、少なくとも0.3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも0.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリームのインダンの変換が、フレッシュ供給物をベースに計算して少なくとも50重量%、好ましくはフレッシュ供給物をベースに計算して少なくとも75重量%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
- 供給物ストリームが、さらにメチルナフタレンを含み、供給物ストリームのメチルナフタレンの変換が、フレッシュ供給物をベースに計算して少なくとも50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化方法。
