ダイナミカル・シート・フォーマー(“フォーメット”、CTPグレノーブル)を使用して、シートを通常の方法に従ってつくった。サイジング結果を実証するために、Cobb60(SCAN-P 12:64)方法を使用した。表1は得られた結果を示す。

Claims (25)
- カルシウム塩及び約0.65までの正味のイオン基の置換度を有するセルロース誘導体を含むてん料であって、前記てん料がセルロース又はリグノセルロースの繊維又はフィブリルを実質的に含まないことを特徴とするてん料。
- カルシウム塩及び約0.65までの正味のイオン基の置換度を有するセルロース誘導体を含むてん料であって、前記セルロース誘導体が陽イオン基を含むことを特徴とするてん料。
- 前記置換度が少なくとも0.05であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のてん料。
- 前記置換度が約0.15から約0.40までであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体がセルロースエーテルであることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体がカルボキシメチル基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体が四級アンモニウム基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体が陰イオンであることを特徴とする、請求項1、3から7のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体が両性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記セルロース誘導体が少なくとも部分的に水溶性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記てん料がてん料の固体の重量を基準として0.3重量%から10重量%までのセルロース誘導体含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記てん料がてん料の固体の重量を基準として60重量%から約80重量%までのカルシウム塩含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記カルシウム塩が炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記カルシウム塩が沈降炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のてん料。
- 前記てん料がセルロース又はリグノセルロースの繊維又はフィブリルを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のてん料。
- 前記てん料がセルロース又はリグノセルロースの繊維又はフィブリルを実質的に含まないことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のてん料。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか1項記載のてん料を含むことを特徴とする紙。
- 前記紙の合計てん料含量が乾燥紙を基準として5重量%から40重量%までであることを特徴とする、請求項17記載の紙。
- カルシウム塩を含む材料をセルロース又はリグノセルロースの繊維又はフィブリルの実質的な不在下で約0.65までの正味のイオン基の置換度を有するセルロース誘導体と混合することを特徴とするてん料の製造方法。
- カルシウム塩を含む材料を約0.65までのカルボキシアルキル基の置換度を有するセルロース誘導体と混合することを含むてん料の製造方法であって、前記セルロース誘導体が陽イオン基を含むことを特徴とするてん料の製造方法。
- 請求項19又は20記載の方法により得られるてん料。
- セルロース繊維を含む水性懸濁液を用意し、請求項1から16及び21のいずれか1項記載のてん料を前記懸濁液に導入し、該懸濁液を脱水して紙のウェブ又はシートを形成することを特徴とする紙の製造方法。
- カルシウム塩及びセルロース誘導体を含む単一組成物を前記懸濁液に添加することによりてん料を懸濁液に導入することを特徴とする、請求項22記載の方法。
- 前記てん料を乾燥繊維を基準として5重量%から30重量%までの量で添加することを特徴とする、請求項22又は23のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- セルロース反応性サイジング剤を前記懸濁液に添加することを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項22又は23記載の方法。
