Abstract

"ENCHIMENTO PARA PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL". A presente invenção se refere a um enchimento compreendendo sal de cálcio e derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de um número líquido de grupos iónicos de até cerca de 0,65 em que o enchimento é substancialmente livre de fibras e fibrilas de celulose ou lignocelulose. A invenção também se refere a um enchimento compreendendo sal de cálcio e um derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de um número líquido de grupos iónicos de até cerca de zero, 65, em que o derivado de celulose contém grupos catiónicos. A invenção adicionalmente se refere a um método de produzir um enchimento o qual compreende misturar um material contendo sal de cálcio com um derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de um número líquido de grupos iónicos de até cerca de 0,65 na ausência substancial de fibras ou fibrilas de celulose ou lignocelulose. A invenção também se refere a um método de produzir um enchimento o qual compreende misturar um material contendo sal de cálcio com um derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de um número líquido de grupos iónicos de até cerca de 0, 65, em que o derivado de celulose contém grupos catiónicos. A invenção adicionalmente se refere a um enchimento obtido pelo método. A invenção adicionalmente se refere a um processo de fabricar papel o qual compreende fornecer uma suspensão aquosa contendo fibras celulósicas, inserir na suspensão um enchimento compreendendo sal de cálcio e derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de um número líquido de grupos iónicos de até cerca de 0,65, em que o enchimento é substancialmente livre de fibras ou fibrilas de celulose ou lignocelulose, e desidratar a suspensão para formar uma rede ou folha de papel. A invenção também se refere a um processo de fabricar papel o qual compreende fornecer uma suspensão aquosa contendo fibras celulósicas, inserir na suspensão um enchimento de sal de cálcio e derivado de celulose tendo um grau de substituição de rede de grupos iónicos de até cerca de 0,65, em que o derivado de celulose contém grupos catiónicos, e desidratar a suspensão para formar uma rede ou folha de papel.
