Claims (10)
- 燃料ポンプのための電子的に整流されるモータであって、プラスチックで結合されたフェライトを有する、相対回動不能に軸に結合されたロータが設けられている形式のものにおいて、ロータ(1)が、プラスチックで結合されたフェライト(4)により形成される耐燃料性の成形体(6)を有しており、かつ成形体(6)に対して調節可能な帰磁路エレメント(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、燃料ポンプのためのモータ。
- フェライト(4)を結合するプラスチックがポリフェニレンスルフィドである、請求項1記載のモータ。
- 成形体(6)が、安定化する繊維材料を有している、請求項1または2記載のモータ。
- 成形体(6)が軸(2)上に射出成形により被着されており、軸(2)と成形体(6)との結合領域(8)に、軸(2)が、その表面粗さを高める構造(10)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のモータ。
- 帰磁路エレメント(14)が、軸(2)上での摺動により、成形体(6)に対して調節可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のモータ。
- 成形体(6)が軸方向の凹部(12)を有しており、該軸方向の凹部(12)内に帰磁路エレメント(14)が係入する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のモータ。
- 軸方向の凹部(12)が開口側(18)と、該開口側(18)に対向して位置する底側(20)とを有しており、該底側(20)で成形体(6)が軸(2)に結合されている、請求項6記載のモータ。
- 軸方向の凹部(12)がファンネル(22)を形成しており、該ファンネル(22)が開口側(18)に向かって円錐形に拡幅しており、帰磁路エレメント(14)が円錐体(24)を形成しており、該円錐体(24)が凹部(12)の底側(20)に向かってテーパを成している、請求項7記載のモータ。
- ファンネル(22)の開き角(β)が円錐体(24)の円錐角(β)に等しい、請求項8記載のモータ。
- 帰磁路エレメント(14)が軸(2)上にプレスばめされている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のモータ。
