Abstract
Description
日本特許出願公告JP53035831B4は、分散した染料およびジアリルフタレート、o-フェニルフェノールまたはベンジルアルコールを含有する水性分散液中で染色したポリカーボネート成形物を開示している。
日本特許出願公開JP55017156は、染料および水を含有する液体で着色した脂肪族ポリカーボネートのレンズを開示している。
日本特許出願公開JP2000248476は、染料、陰イオン性均染剤を含有する溶液で染色され、次いでチオ尿素ジオキシドを含有する溶液で処理された成形ポリカーボネートボルトを開示している。
米国特許第4,812,142号は、少なくとも350°Fの沸点を有する染料溶媒中において200°Fまたはそれ以上の温度で染色されたポリカーボネート物品を開示している。
米国特許第3,630,664号は、特定の式で示されるカーボネート、例えば、エチルベンジルカーボネートの存在を必要とする染料浴を開示している。
本発明の別の目的は、均一に色味付けした物品を与える方法を提供することである。
(a)60〜70pbwの量の水(水溶液の重量に基づく重量%)、
(b)15〜25pbwの量の担体、および所望により、
(c)15pbwまでの量の界面活性剤、
を含有する。
Claims (13)
- 成形した物品を色味付けするための方法であって、噴霧または流し塗りによって、成形した物品の表面の少なくとも一部に染料溶液を適用して、色味付けした物品を得ること、および該色味付けした物品を洗浄することを含み、該染料溶液が染料ならびに有機溶媒と界面活性剤の水溶液を含有し、該物品が樹脂性成形組成物から成形されたものであり、該染料溶液が50〜98℃であり、かつ粒子状物質を実質的に含まないものである方法。
- 樹脂性成形組成物が熱可塑性樹脂である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 樹脂性成形組成物が熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂が、(コ)ポリエステル、(コ)ポリカーボネート、(コ)ポリエステルカーボネート、スチレン性(コ)ポリスチレン、(コ)ポリアクリレート、(コ)ポリアミド、および(コ)ポリウレタンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの樹脂を含有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステルポリカーボネートコポリマー、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン(ABS)、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、およびスチレン(コ)ポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの樹脂を含有する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂がポリカーボネートである請求項4に記載の方法。
- R2がブチルであり、R1がHである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 水溶液を、染料を含有するバッグフィルターに通すことによって染料溶液を調製する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形した物品を色味付けするための方法であって、噴霧または流し塗りによって、成形した物品の表面の少なくとも一部に染料溶液を適用して、色味付けした物品を得ること、消費された染料溶液を集めること、および該色味付けした物品を洗浄することを含み、該染料溶液が染料ならびに有機溶媒と界面活性剤の水溶液を含有し、該物品が樹脂性成形組成物から成形されたものであり、該染料溶液が50〜98℃であり、かつ粒子状物質を実質的に含まないものである方法。
- 消費された染料溶液を、それから染料を分離するように計算された条件下で活性炭に通す請求項10に記載の方法。
- 成形した物品を色味付けするための方法であって、噴霧によって、成形した物品の表面の少なくとも一部に染料溶液を適用して、色味付けした物品を得ること、および該色味付けした物品を洗浄することを含み、該染料溶液が染料ならびに有機溶媒と界面活性剤の水溶液を含有し、該物品が樹脂性成形組成物から成形されたものであり、該染料溶液が50〜98℃であり、かつ粒子状物質を実質的に含まないものである方法。
- 成形した物品を色味付けするための方法であって、流し塗りによって、成形した物品の表面の少なくとも一部に染料溶液を適用して、色味付けした物品を得ること、および該色味付けした物品を洗浄することを含み、該染料溶液が染料ならびに有機溶媒と界面活性剤の水溶液を含有し、該物品が樹脂性成形組成物から成形されたものであり、該染料溶液が50〜98℃であり、かつ粒子状物質を実質的に含まないものである方法。
