本发明涉及一种水性环保染液,由以下重量份数的成份组成:十二烷基二苯二磺酸钠10‑30份,水性聚氨酯15‑20份,烷基糖苷5‑10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑30份,香精10‑20份,氯酸钠2‑10份,絮凝剂5‑10份,冷却液10‑20份,活性炭20‑40份,水100‑150份。本发明的有益效果是:该水性环保染液,添加了液体香精,液体香精可以很好的与染液成分进行混合,从而使得染液具有令人愉悦的香味,使得空气环境更好,人们也会更加的舒适,乙二醇型冷却液的添加可以很好的防止染液在冬天温度较低的时候凝固。

本发明涉及染料技术领域,具体为一种水性环保染液。
背景技术
染色是使用染料对被染物进行加工的一种技术,一般指对纺织品的染色技术,随着人们生活质量不断提高,对纺织物色彩质量的要求日新月异,对纺织物染色要求也逐渐提高,随着科技的飞速发展,纺织品的组成和组织结构也变化很快,特别是多种纤维的混纺、交织和复合纺织品愈来愈多,这就对染色剂的要求也越来越高。
现有的染料的气味较重,较重的气味会使得人们吸入较为不适,而且会影响到人们的身体健康,染料在冬天温度较低的时候会发生凝固,这样会影响到染料的正常使用,不够实用,染料中的杂质较多,从而会导致染料的质量受到影响,导致使用效果过差,普通的染料异味难闻,影响空气环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性环保染液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的染料的气味较重,较重的气味会使得人们吸入较为不适,而且会影响到人们的身体健康,染料在冬天温度较低的时候会发生凝固,这样会影响到染料的正常使用,不够实用,染料中的杂质较多,从而会导致染料的质量受到影响,导致使用效果过差,普通的染料异味难闻,影响空气环境的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水性环保染液,由以下重量份数的成份组成:十二烷基二苯二磺酸钠10-30份,水性聚氨酯15-20份,烷基糖苷5-10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10-30份,香精10-20份,氯酸钠2-10份,絮凝剂5-10份,冷却液10-20份,活性炭20-40份,水100-150份。
优选的,所述香精为液体香精,液体香精是油类或油溶性物质为溶剂、以水或水溶性物质为溶剂的组成的。
优选的,所述絮凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺或者聚硅酸。
优选的,所述冷却液为乙二醇型冷却液。
优选的,所述活性炭为球体结构,且球体的直径为3cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该水性环保染液,添加了液体香精,液体香精可以很好的与染液成分进行混合,从而使得染液具有令人愉悦的香味,使得空气环境更好,人们也会更加的舒适,乙二醇型冷却液的添加可以很好的防止染液在冬天温度较低的时候凝固,从而避免在温度较低时染液无法使用,添加的絮凝剂可以很好的使得染液中的杂质进行絮凝,避免了杂质对染液质量的影响,从而使得染液的使用效果更佳,添加的球形的活性炭可以很好的对异味进行吸附,从而避免了染液的异味对人体身体健康的影响,而且球形的活性炭与液体的接触面积更多,球形的活性炭的吸附效果更加,大大提高了该水性环保染液的实用性。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种水性环保染液,由以下重量份数的成份组成:十二烷基二苯二磺酸钠10-30份,水性聚氨酯15-20份,烷基糖苷5-10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10-30份,香精10-20份,氯酸钠2-10份,絮凝剂5-10份,絮凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺或者聚硅酸,添加的絮凝剂可以很好的使得染液中的杂质进行絮凝,避免了杂质对染液质量的影响,从而使得染液的使用效果更佳,冷却液10-20份,冷却液为乙二醇型冷却液,乙二醇型冷却液的添加可以很好的防止染液在冬天温度较低的时候凝固,从而避免在温度较低时染液无法使用,活性炭20-40份,活性炭为球体结构,且球体的直径为3cm,添加的球形的活性炭可以很好的对异味进行吸附,从而避免了染液的异味对人体身体健康的影响,而且球形的活性炭与液体的接触面积更多,球形的活性炭的吸附效果更加,水100-150份。

1.一种水性环保染液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的成份组成:十二烷基二苯二磺酸钠10-30份,水性聚氨酯15-20份,烷基糖苷5-10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10-30份,香精10-20份,氯酸钠2-10份,絮凝剂5-10份,冷却液10-20份,活性炭20-40份,水100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保染液,其特征在于:所述香精为液体香精,液体香精是油类或油溶性物质为溶剂、以水或水溶性物质为溶剂的组成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保染液,其特征在于:所述絮凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺或者聚硅酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保染液,其特征在于:所述冷却液为乙二醇型冷却液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保染液,其特征在于:所述活性炭为球体结构,且球体的直径为3cm。
