Abstract
本发明提供了一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂及其制备方法,所述护理剂包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、桉叶油微胶囊、二硬脂酸酯、柔软剂、防腐剂和去离子水。其制备方法为先制备桉叶油微胶囊,将微胶囊加至壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,加入1/2重量去离子水,搅拌,再加入柔软剂、防腐剂,调节pH至6.5-7.5,得到混合溶液,然后将配制好的二硬脂酸酯水溶液和所得混合溶液混合,消泡后即得。本发明的护理剂不仅具有柔顺护理面料的作用,并且囊芯材料为纯天然材料,在完成面料护理后能够有抗菌防螨的效果,对人体无负担。

本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品是日常生活中必不可少的用品,然而未经任何特殊功能防护的面料会受环境、人为等因素,成为细菌增长、繁殖的温床,以及与人体共生的微生物,如:螨虫等,还受到来自于自然界中的屋尘螨等的长期侵害,引起各种过敏症状及疾病,纺织品的安全已经成为消费者普遍关注的热点,所以纺织品抗菌防螨等功能性需求越来越迫切,因此研究开发具有十分重要的价值。
目前纺织品抗菌防螨领域,很多物质已经被应用,例如:季铵盐类化合物、银离子系列抗菌剂、高分子有机化合物抗菌剂、硝基化合物、甲醛衍生物等,但大部分抗菌剂不仅仅会对人体造成一定的伤害,而且大多数存在不可降解,对环境造成影响的问题。所以近年来一些企业、高校将重点转移至天然的中草药及纯植物来源的物质研究上,因此绿色、安全的抗菌防螨助剂成为开发的热点。
桉叶油,其主要成分为1.8桉叶素,学名1.3,3-三甲基-2氧杂环[2.2,2]辛烷,是一种纯天然的植物精油。已知其在较低浓度时,对于细菌、真菌、微生物、蚊虫等具有驱避、灭杀的效果,5%的桉叶油对螨虫的驱避率30min可达到99.5%,属于具有较好的防螨效果。且其对人体毒性较小,不会造成二次污染,因此具有广阔的开发前景。
但是由于桉叶油特殊的气味,成为限制其广泛应用的因素之一,其本身具有较强的芳香、类似薄荷、樟脑的气味,具有较强的挥发性,并且耐光和热不稳定,对其药理作用产生一定的影响,直接使用到纺织品上,达不到耐久有效的作用,因而不能被认定为一种高效持久的抗菌防螨助剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂及其制备方法,该护理剂能够有效解决桉叶油气味大、易挥发,且耐光和热不稳定缺点,同时具备较好的抗菌防螨效果,并对衣物有柔软护理的作用。
一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,以重量份计包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,桉叶油微胶囊2-10份,二硬脂酸酯0.5-3份,柔软剂0.5-3份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,去离子水20-50份。
进一步地,所述柔软剂为阴离子型柔软剂或非离子型硅油柔软剂。
进一步地,所述护理剂以重量份计还包括0.2-1.0份氯化钠。
所述含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,制备桉叶油微胶囊;
步骤2,将所得桉叶油微胶囊加至壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,加入1/2重量去离子水,搅拌,得到溶液A;
步骤3,将柔软剂、防腐剂加入所得溶液A中,调节pH至6.5-7.5,得到溶液B;
步骤4,将二硬脂酸酯加入剩余去离子水中,得到溶液C;
步骤5,将所得溶液B与所得溶液C混合,搅拌均匀,消泡后即得。
进一步地,步骤1中制备桉叶油微胶囊的具体方法为:将桉叶油加到阿拉伯胶与改性壳聚糖的混合水溶液中,桉叶油与混合水溶液的质量比为1:4-10,充分搅拌,所得溶液经喷雾干燥,得到桉叶油微胶囊粉末。
进一步地,所述混合水溶液中阿拉伯胶与改性壳聚糖的总浓度为3-5%。
进一步地,所述改性壳聚糖为壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐或壳聚糖柠檬酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步地,步骤4的具体方法是将二硬脂酸酯加到40-60℃的去离子水中搅拌至溶解,停止升温,然后在搅拌状态下自然冷却,即可。

桉叶油极易挥发,易受温度或水分影响而产生迁移,直接整理在织物上耐久性很差,将其制成微胶囊后,由于有壁材的保护,能确保其主要成分不损失、功能不丧失。同时有桉叶油具有一定刺激性气味,直接整理在面料上,气味直接被人体接收,制成微胶囊后微胶囊作用相当于有一层保护膜能够有效控制产品本身气味,在微胶囊不破裂的情况下味道不会散出,且具有缓释效果。
本发明的护理剂不仅具有柔顺护理面料的作用,并且囊芯材料为纯天然材料,在完成面料护理后能够有抗菌防螨的效果,对人体无负担。

本发明提供了一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,桉叶油微胶囊,二硬脂酸酯,柔软剂,防腐剂,去离子水。
桉叶油来源于纯植物,能抗真菌,是一种具有抗菌防螨性能的纯天然植物油。壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的乳化能力,本体系中起到W/O作用,对桉叶油微胶囊有分散作用。二硬脂酸酯增稠、乳化作用,控制粘度,增稠效果良好,使整理剂具有较好的整理效果。硅油柔软剂使面料纤维柔顺,具备护理效果,同时可以减少整理过程中纤维受损,保护纤维强力。氯化钠增稠,提高离子表面活性剂的聚集能力。
桉叶油为不溶于水的精油,阿拉伯胶具有一定的乳化效果,改性壳聚糖分子量小,能够辅助阿拉伯胶加强包覆精油,在喷雾烘干过程中有效减少精油受力或温度不稳定而造成的溢出,使微胶囊化率提高,制得的微胶囊不仅可以保证抗菌防螨效果,而且可以防止精油氧化保证品质。

其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将桉叶油加入到质量分数为4%的阿拉伯胶、壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐混合水溶液中,桉叶油与混合水溶液的质量比为1:5,混合水溶液中阿拉伯胶、壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐的质量比为1:0.5:0.5,充分搅拌,得混合物,然后使用喷雾法,160℃进行烘干,收集得到桉叶油微胶囊粉末;
步骤2,将所得桉叶油微胶囊加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行分散,加入1/2重量去离子水,得到溶液A;
步骤3,非离子型硅油柔软剂、防腐剂加入溶液A中,调节pH值至7.0获得溶液B;
步骤4,将二硬脂酸酯加到40-60℃的去离子水中搅拌至溶解,停止升温,然后在搅拌状态下自然冷却,得到溶液C;
步骤5,将所得溶液B与所得溶液C混合,搅拌均匀,消泡后即得。

一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,以重量份计包括:
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将桉叶油加入到质量分数为5%的阿拉伯胶、壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐、壳聚糖柠檬酸盐混合水溶液中,桉叶油与混合水溶液的质量比为1:8,混合水溶液中阿拉伯胶、壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐、壳聚糖柠檬酸盐的质量比为1:0.4:0.4:0.4,充分搅拌,得混合物,然后使用喷雾法,160℃进行烘干,收集得到桉叶油微胶囊粉末;
步骤2,将所得桉叶油微胶囊加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行分散,加入1/2重量去离子水,得到溶液A;
步骤3,阴离子型柔软剂、防腐剂加入溶液A中,调节pH值至7.0获得溶液B;
步骤4,将二硬脂酸酯加到40-60℃的去离子水中搅拌至溶解,停止升温,然后在搅拌状态下自然冷却,得到溶液C;
步骤5,将所得溶液B与所得溶液C混合,搅拌均匀,消泡后即得。
取一定体积的室温清水,将实施例1至3所得护理剂加入到清水中,添加量为10g/L,混合均匀后,将面料浸泡其中,浸泡时间3-5min,拧干或脱水后晾晒。
检测:(1)抗菌性能的评价第2部分:吸收法
(2)防螨性能的评价驱避法

Claims (9)
1.一种含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,其特征在于:以重量份计包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,桉叶油微胶囊2-10份,二硬脂酸酯0.5-3份,柔软剂0.5-3份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,去离子水20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为阴离子型柔软剂或非离子型硅油柔软剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂,其特征在于:所述护理剂以重量份计还包括0.2-1.0份氯化钠。
4.权利要求1所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,制备桉叶油微胶囊;
步骤2,将所得桉叶油微胶囊加至壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,加入1/2重量去离子水,搅拌,得到溶液A;
步骤3,将柔软剂、防腐剂加入所得溶液A中,调节pH至6.5-7.5,得到溶液B;
步骤4,将二硬脂酸酯加入剩余去离子水中,得到溶液C;
步骤5,将所得溶液B与所得溶液C混合,搅拌均匀,消泡后即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中制备桉叶油微胶囊的具体方法为:步骤1中制备桉叶油微胶囊的具体方法为:将桉叶油加到阿拉伯胶与改性壳聚糖的混合水溶液中,桉叶油与混合水溶液的质量比为1:4-10,充分搅拌,所得溶液经喷雾干燥,得到桉叶油微胶囊粉末。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合水溶液中阿拉伯胶与改性壳聚糖的总浓度为3-5%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性壳聚糖为壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖硝酸盐或壳聚糖柠檬酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4的具体方法是将二硬脂酸酯加到40-60℃的去离子水中搅拌至溶解,停止升温,然后在搅拌状态下自然冷却,即可。
9.根据权利要求4所述的含桉叶油微胶囊的护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中还可以加入氯化钠。
