Abstract
本发明提供一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐12~15份,茶皂素6~9份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~5份,樟树精油0.5~3份,万寿菊精油0.5~3份,防腐剂0.1~0.5份,乳化剂8~15份,固色剂0.2~1份,水80~100份;本发明还提供了上述柔顺剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将配方量的各组分混合,边搅拌边加热至30~40℃,搅拌0.5~1小时,制得柔顺剂。所述柔顺剂具有良好的杀菌和固色效果,且其原料易得、制备工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种织物用除菌柔顺剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣物在洗涤过程中,细小纤维往往会缠绕、纠结在一起,甚至发生断裂,衣物经多次洗涤后,洗涤剂的碱性作用更使纤维固有的光滑性/延展性及弹性受到影响,显现出的便是整件衣物看起来变旧、没形,摸起来手感更是生硬,衣物洗涤次数越多这种感觉越是明显。
目前市场上的织物柔顺剂大多采用双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵为主要活性成分,这类柔顺剂最大的缺点是生物降解性差并且黄变严重,随着人们对环保质量的要求以及公共意识的提高,此类产品不能满足社会发展的需求。同时,市场上大多数柔顺剂杀菌功能较差,而且不具有固色功能。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,所述柔顺剂具有良好的杀菌和固色效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐12~15份,茶皂素6~9份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~5份,樟树精油0.5~3份,万寿菊精油0.5~3份,防腐剂0.1~0.5份,乳化剂8~15份,固色剂0.2~1份,水80~100份。
优选地,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐13~14份,茶皂素7~8份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~4份,樟树精油1~2.5份,万寿菊精油1~2.5份,防腐剂0.2~0.4份,乳化剂10~13份,固色剂0.5~0.8份,水85~95份。
优选地,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐13.5份,茶皂素7.5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5份,樟树精油2份,万寿菊精油2份,防腐剂0.3份,乳化剂12份,固色剂0.6份,水90份。
另,所述酯类季铵盐为棕榈酸酯季铵盐。
另有,所述防腐剂为ε一聚赖氨酸。
再,所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯。
再有,所述固色剂为壳聚糖季铵盐。
且,所述水为去离子水。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种如上所述织物用除菌柔顺剂的制备方法,其原料易得、制备工艺简单,步骤如下:
将配方量的各组分混合,边搅拌边加热至30~40℃,搅拌0.5~1小时,制得柔顺剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的柔顺剂具有如下优点:(1)采用酯类季铵盐作为表面活性剂,具有较好的生物降解性,使制得的柔顺剂绿色环保;(2)采用樟树油、万寿菊精油等天然杀菌精油,温和无刺激,不伤害皮肤,且杀菌功效强;(3)所述柔顺剂中添加固色剂,具有较好的固色效果;(4)原料易得,制备工艺简单且环保无污染。

本发明所述的织物用除菌柔顺剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,边搅拌边加热至30~40℃,搅拌0.5~1小时,制得柔顺剂。

1.一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐12~15份,茶皂素6~9份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~5份,樟树精油0.5~3份,万寿菊精油0.5~3份,防腐剂0.1~0.5份,乳化剂8~15份,固色剂0.2~1份,水80~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐13~14份,茶皂素7~8份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~4份,樟树精油1~2.5份,万寿菊精油1~2.5份,防腐剂0.2~0.4份,乳化剂10~13份,固色剂0.5~0.8份,水85~95份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂包括以下重量配比的原料:酯类季铵盐13.5份,茶皂素7.5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5份,樟树精油2份,万寿菊精油2份,防腐剂0.3份,乳化剂12份,固色剂0.6份,水90份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述酯类季铵盐为棕榈酸酯季铵盐。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为ε一聚赖氨酸。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂为壳聚糖季铵盐。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
9.权利要求1所述的一种织物用除菌柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:将配方量的各组分混合,边搅拌边加热至30~40℃,搅拌0.5~1小时,制得柔顺剂。
