发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专为婴幼儿衣物洗涤特制,先进温和配方,去污护色,植物护衣护色因子,护色,亮白增艳,衣物洁净清新,持久清香的护衣护色婴幼儿衣物机洗液配制方法。
本发明的护衣护色婴幼儿衣物机洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由野槐根提取物、茶皂素、艾叶提取液、地肤子提取液、白术提取液、人参提取物 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、 壳聚糖 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、白芷提取液、蜂胶提取液、 熊果酸、几丁质、芦荟精油、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
野槐根提取物 1.3-1.7% 茶皂素 1.4-1.9% 艾叶提取液1.5-1.8%
地肤子提取液 1.6-1.9% 白术提取液1.7-2.3% 人参提取物1.3-2.1%
AES 5.9-6.9% 益生菌群 3.5-4.5% 丹皮酚1.3-1.4%
壳聚糖 1.6-2.2% 柠檬酸1.5-2.1% 氨基酸1.6-2%
白芷提取液 0.7-1.2% 蜂胶提取液1.3-2% 熊果酸 0.8-1.3%
几丁质1.3-1.8% 芦荟精油 1.2-1.5% 醋酸1.7-2.3%
香1.6-2.6% 水56.5-67.2%
b、配制工艺:
本发明护衣护色婴幼儿衣物机洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的野槐根提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入茶皂素高速搅拌23分钟,并配以艾叶提取液、地肤子提取液、白术提取液、人参提取物 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在23°C左右均质搅拌5.5小时后,将容器恒温在29.°C左右密封发酵19小时,再加入壳聚糖、柠檬酸、氨基酸、白芷提取液、蜂胶提取液、熊果酸、几丁质、芦荟精油、醋酸、香高速搅拌8.5小时,亮白增艳,衣物洁净清新,持久清香,然后恒温在28°C左右容器内静置22小时即为成品。
有益效果:
专为婴幼儿衣物洗涤特制,先进温和配方,去污护色,植物护衣护色因子,护色,亮白增艳,衣物洁净清新,持久清香。
具体实施方式
本发明的护衣护色婴幼儿衣物机洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
野槐根提取物 1.3-1.7%、茶皂素 1.4-1.9%、艾叶提取液1.5-1.8% 、地肤子提取液1.6-1.9% 、白术提取液1.7-2.3%、人参提取物1.3-2.1%、AES 5.9-6.9%、益生菌群 3.5-4.5%、丹皮酚1.3-1.4%、壳聚糖 1.6-2.2%、柠檬酸1.5-2.1%、氨基酸1.6-2%、白芷提取液0.7-1.2%、蜂胶提取液1.3-2%、熊果酸 0.8-1.3%、几丁质1.3-1.8%、芦荟精油 1.2-1.5%、醋酸1.7-2.3%、香1.6-2.6%、水56.5-67.2%,将具有抗过敏作用的野槐根提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入茶皂素高速搅拌23分钟,并配以艾叶提取液、地肤子提取液、白术提取液、人参提取物 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在23°C左右均质搅拌5.5小时后,将容器恒温在29.°C左右密封发酵19小时,再加入壳聚糖、柠檬酸、氨基酸、白芷提取液、蜂胶提取液、熊果酸、几丁质、芦荟精油、醋酸、香高速搅拌8.5小时,亮白增艳,衣物洁净清新,持久清香,然后恒温在28°C左右容器内静置22小时即为成品。

1.一种护衣护色婴幼儿衣物机洗液的配制方法,是以野槐根提取物、茶皂素、艾叶提取液、地肤子提取液、白术提取液、人参提取物 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、 壳聚糖 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、白芷提取液、蜂胶提取液、 熊果酸、几丁质、芦荟精油、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
野槐根提取物 1.3-1.7% 茶皂素 1.4-1.9% 艾叶提取液1.5-1.8%
地肤子提取液 1.6-1.9% 白术提取液1.7-2.3% 人参提取物1.3-2.1%
AES 5.9-6.9% 益生菌群 3.5-4.5% 丹皮酚1.3-1.4%
壳聚糖 1.6-2.2% 柠檬酸1.5-2.1% 氨基酸1.6-2%
白芷提取液 0.7-1.2% 蜂胶提取液1.3-2% 熊果酸 0.8-1.3%
