Abstract
本发明涉及一种生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂的配制方法,本发明是以透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、连翘油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有污渍渗透成份,能清除顽固污渍,保护被清洗的碗碟及使用的洗碗机运离腐蚀,配方环保又安心。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂配制方法。
背景技术
洗涤剂是我们生活的必需品,三餐后,要用洗涤剂清洗碗盘,使它们光洁如新,平时要用来清洁各种家电、用品用具,打扫卫生,殊不知,这些包括消毒剂及各种洗涤剂都在悄悄掠夺人们的健康,甚至引发癌症。哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院肿瘤外科专家孙凌宇副教授告诉记者,由洗涤剂造成的化学污染使血液病的患者明显增多,如可能导致儿童癌症发病率增加。美国专家曾做过一次实验,将5只小白鼠放入混合洗涤剂产生的硫化氢的容器中,结果还没等瓶盖盖好,白鼠就已一命归天,洗涤剂的毒性由此可见一斑。研究表明,进入人体的化学洗涤剂毒素可使血液中钙离子浓度下降,血液酸化,让人容易疲倦,这些毒素还使肝脏的排毒功能降低,免疫力下降,肝细胞病变加剧,而且还具有较强的癌症诱发性。近日,日本消费者联盟发表了一项历经20年的调查、实验以及根据对消费者的伤害报告后,大声疾呼:“化学洗涤剂不能再用了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有污渍渗透成份,能清除顽固污渍,保护被清洗的碗碟及使用的洗碗机运离腐蚀,配方环保又安心的生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂配制方法。
本发明的生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂技术方案是这样实现,它由透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、连翘油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
透明质酸粉 1.3-1.4% 聚谷氨酸1.5-1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.1-0.2%
茶皂素 1.2-1.7% 神经酰胺1-1.3% 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 0.9-1%
连翘油 0.6-0.7% 肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 0.5-0.6% AES 5.9-6.6%
益生菌群 2.8-3.9% 甲基乙基酯0.4-0.5% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.7-0.9%
柠檬酸 1.1-1.2% 海藻糖0.4-0.5% 磷酸氢二钠 1.2-1.3%
多库酯钠0.7-1% 酵素 2-2.7% 醋酸 1.5-1.7%
香 1.9-2.2% 水69-74.3%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有除菌作用的透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌21分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯高速搅拌17分钟,并配以连翘油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在23.5°C均质搅拌101分种后,将容器恒温在28.5°C密封发酵16小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌31分钟,它能保护被清洗的碗碟及使用的洗碗机运离腐蚀,然后恒温在28.5°C容器内静置33.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有污渍渗透成份,能清除顽固污渍,保护被清洗的碗碟及使用的洗碗机运离腐蚀,配方环保又安心。
具体实施方式

1.一种生物洗碗机专用洗涤剂的配制方法,是以透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、连翘油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
透明质酸粉 1.3-1.4% 聚谷氨酸1.5-1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.1-0.2%
茶皂素 1.2-1.7% 神经酰胺1-1.3% 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 0.9-1%
连翘油 0.6-0.7% 肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 0.5-0.6% AES 5.9-6.6%
益生菌群 2.8-3.9% 甲基乙基酯0.4-0.5% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.7-0.9%
