本发明涉及一种生物餐具洗涤剂的配制方法,本发明是以透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、芳樟醇、茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它配方源于自然,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,去油易洗,植物抑菌,生物降解,天然健康,浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,植物提取物,天然护手。

本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物餐具洗涤剂配制方法。
背景技术
洗涤剂是我们生活的必需品,三餐后,要用洗涤剂清洗碗盘,使它们光洁如新,平时要用来清洁各种家电、用品用具,打扫卫生,殊不知,这些包括消毒剂及各种洗涤剂都在悄悄掠夺人们的健康,甚至引发癌症。哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院肿瘤外科专家孙凌宇副教授告诉记者,由洗涤剂造成的化学污染使血液病的患者明显增多,如可能导致儿童癌症发病率增加。美国专家曾做过一次实验,将5只小白鼠放入混合洗涤剂产生的硫化氢的容器中,结果还没等瓶盖盖好,白鼠就已一命归天,洗涤剂的毒性由此可见一斑。研究表明,进入人体的化学洗涤剂毒素可使血液中钙离子浓度下降,血液酸化,让人容易疲倦,这些毒素还使肝脏的排毒功能降低,免疫力下降,肝细胞病变加剧,而且还具有较强的癌症诱发性。近日,日本消费者联盟发表了一项历经20年的调查、实验以及根据对消费者的伤害报告后,大声疾呼:“化学洗涤剂不能再用了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种配方源于自然,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,去油易洗,植物抑菌,生物降解,天然健康的生物餐具洗涤剂配制方法。
本发明的生物餐具洗涤剂技术方案是这样实现,它由透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、芳樟醇、茶皂素、神经酰胺、 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
透明质酸粉 1.2-1.3% 聚谷氨酸1.4-1.5% 芳樟醇 0.9-1%
茶皂素 1.1-1.6% 神经酰胺0.9-1.2% 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 0.8-0.9%
羌活油 0.5-0.6% 肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 0.4-0.5% AES 5.8-6.5%
益生菌群 2.7-3.8% 甲基乙基酯0.3-0.4% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.6-0.8%
柠檬酸 1-1.1% 海藻糖0.3-0.4% 磷酸氢二钠 1.1-1.2%
多库酯钠0.8-0.9% 酵素 1.9-2.6% 醋酸 1.4-1.6%
香 1.8-2.1% 水70-75.1%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物餐具洗涤剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有除菌作用的透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、芳樟醇加入水中搅拌20分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯高速搅拌16分钟,并配以羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在23.2°C均质搅拌100分种后,将容器恒温在28.2°C密封发酵15小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌30分钟,它浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,植物提取物,天然护手,然后恒温在28.2°C容器内静置32.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:
配方源于自然,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,去油易洗,植物抑菌,生物降解,天然健康,浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,植物提取物,天然护手。

本发明的生物餐具洗涤剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
透明质酸粉 1.2-1.3%、聚谷氨酸1.4-1.5%、芳樟醇 0.9-1%、茶皂素 1.1-1.6%、神经酰胺0.9-1.2% 、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 0.8-0.9%、羌活油 0.5-0.6%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 0.4-0.5%、AES 5.8-6.5%、益生菌群 2.7-3.8%、甲基乙基酯0.3-0.4%、鱼胶原蛋白 0.6-0.8%、柠檬酸 1-1.1%、海藻糖0.3-0.4%、磷酸氢二钠 1.1-1.2%、

1.一种生物餐具洗涤剂的配制方法,是以透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、芳樟醇、茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

透明质酸粉 1.2-1.3% 聚谷氨酸1.4-1.5% 芳樟醇 0.9-1%
