Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂及其制备方法,该洗剂主要由以下原料制成:山茶籽提取液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐月桂酸酯、柠檬酸、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、环糊精、壳聚糖、蜂胶和去离子水。本发明所制备的防染洗剂具有较高的可实用性,可充分起到防染、防褪色的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物洗涤剂领域,特别是涉及一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛仔服或牛仔裤是一种深受人们最喜爱的并且老少皆宜的服装,它会给人一种干练、休闲、舒适的感觉。在现今社会,无论是对青少年来说,还是对中老年人来说,牛仔基本达到了人均必备的程度。并且根据牛仔的布料、设计的款式、加工的工艺以及品牌的效应,牛仔服装的价格也各不相同,而这对于广大群众来说,也有非常多的选择空间。但是牛仔服装也会给人们带来一些困扰,诸如牛仔服装褪色的问题,其在清洗过程中会使水体染色,如果与其他衣物混洗,极易造成其他衣物被染色的风险;并且长其穿牛仔服或牛仔裤时,会发现在一段时间后,与牛仔服装密切接触的浅色衣物、鞋子以及皮肤都会被染色,且极不容易清洗处理。而带来这一系列问题的源头都是牛仔服装褪色造成的。
发明内容
本发明主要目的是解决牛仔服装易褪色的问题,提供了一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂及其制备方法,它是由如下原料制备而成的:山茶籽提取液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐月桂酸酯、柠檬酸、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、环糊精、壳聚糖、蜂胶和去离子水。
优选地,它含有如下以重量份数计的原料:0.2-1份山茶籽提取液、5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯、0.2-3份柠檬酸、2-10份乙二醇、1-3份偏硅酸钠、0.1-0.5份环糊精、0.1-0.5份壳聚糖、0.05-0.1份蜂胶和70-85份去离子水。
优选地,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的化学通式为RO(C2H4O)n,其中R为碳原子个数在12-18之间的烃基,n为6-8。
本发明还提供了一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯和70-85份去离子水混和,并于水浴锅中加热5-20min,然后加入1-3份偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L1;
步骤2:将0.1-0.5份环糊精和0.1-0.5份壳聚糖溶于2-10份乙二醇中并超声3-5次,然后进行溶剂热反应,待反应结束后,进行洗涤、离心、干燥,将产物加入L1中,再次进行超声分散,搅拌均匀后加入0.2-3份柠檬酸调节pH,然后加入0.05-0.1份蜂胶,加热搅拌5-10min,最后再加入0.2-1份山茶籽提取液,然后搅拌均匀,灭菌包装即可。
优选地,步骤1所述的加热为在42-55℃下进行。
优选地,步骤2所述的溶剂热反应为在120-200℃加热4-12h。
优选地,步骤2所述的超声为在80-120kHz频率下进行,每次超声5-10min。
优选地,步骤2所述的pH为6.5-7.5。
优选地,步骤2所述的加热为在60-70℃下进行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
本发明所制备的防染洗剂为具有山茶芳香的偏中性的洗涤液,较适宜人体亲肤衣物的洗涤,该洗涤液中添加的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐月桂酸酯可以起到乳化、清洁的作用;添加的山茶籽提取液、壳聚糖、环糊精和蜂胶可以起到抗菌作用;并且壳聚糖和蜂胶作为天然防腐剂,又可以维持该洗液的体系稳定性。
本发明所制备的防染洗剂,通过壳聚糖和和蜂胶具有的成膜性能,在牛仔衣物表面形成薄膜,同时利用环糊精的增溶、防静电的作用,对牛仔布料起到良好的固色、防染作用。
具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特征及其优点,通过以下实施例以及对比例来进一步阐述。
实施例1
一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯和75份去离子水混和,并置于水浴锅中,在45℃加下热10min,然后加入3份偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L1;
步骤2:将0.5份环糊精和0.5份壳聚糖溶于5份乙二醇中,在100kHz频率下超声3次,每次超声10min,然后在150℃下进行6h的溶剂热反应,待反应结束后,进行洗涤、离心、干燥,将产物加入L1中,再次进行超声分散,搅拌均匀后加入柠檬酸调节pH至7.5,然后加入0.1份蜂胶,加热搅拌5min,最后再加入1份山茶籽提取液,然后搅拌均匀,灭菌包装即可。
实施例2
一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯和适量去离子水混和,并置于水浴锅中,在45℃加下热10min,然后加入3份偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L1;
步骤2:将0.2份环糊精和0.2份壳聚糖溶于2份乙二醇中,在100kHz频率下超声3次,每次超声10min,然后在150℃下进行6h的溶剂热反应,待反应结束后,进行洗涤、离心、干燥,将产物加入L1中,再次进行超声分散,搅拌均匀后加入柠檬酸调节pH至7.5,然后加入0.05份蜂胶,加热搅拌5min,最后再加入1份山茶籽提取液,然后搅拌均匀,灭菌包装即可。
对比例1
本发明对比例1与实施例2的区别在于未添加环糊精。
对比例2
本发明对比例2与实施例2的区别在于未添加环糊精、壳聚糖和蜂胶。
选取12件仅洗过一水且连续穿过1个月的蓝色牛仔裤(以上牛仔裤均存在不同程度的褪色问题),并采用实施例1-2和对比例1-2的技术方案(每组技术方案设有3组平行试验)制得的洗剂进行清洗、晾晒,然后将清洗干净的蓝色牛裤的内外两面对白色毛巾进行轻柔的摩擦,维持30min,观察白色毛巾是否会被染蓝,其具体评价如下表所示。

由上表评价可知,本发明实施例1-2所制备的洗剂不仅具有良好的去污能力,还可以对牛仔起到防褪色、防染色的保护作用。

1.一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂,其特征在于,所述防染洗剂含有如下原料:山茶籽提取液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐月桂酸酯、柠檬酸、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、环糊精、壳聚糖、蜂胶和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂,其特征在于,所述防染洗剂含有如下以重量份数计的原料:0.2-1份山茶籽提取液、5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯、0.2-3份柠檬酸、2-10份乙二醇、1-3份偏硅酸钠、0.1-0.5份环糊精、0.1-0.5份壳聚糖、0.05-0.1份蜂胶和70-85份去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的化学通式为RO(C2H4O)n,其中R为碳原子个数在12-18之间的烃基,n为6-8。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份山梨醇酐月桂酸酯和70-85份去离子水混和,并于水浴锅中加热5-20min,然后加入1-3份偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L1;
步骤2:将0.1-0.5份环糊精和0.1-0.5份壳聚糖溶于2-10份乙二醇中并超声3-5次,然后进行溶剂热反应,待反应结束后,进行洗涤、离心、干燥,将产物加入L1中,再次进行超声分散,搅拌均匀后加入0.2-3份柠檬酸调节pH,然后加入0.05-0.1份蜂胶,加热搅拌5-10min,最后再加入0.2-1份山茶籽提取液,然后搅拌均匀,灭菌包装即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1所述的加热为在42-55℃下进行。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述的溶剂热反应为在120-200℃加热4-12h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述的超声为在80-120kHz频率下进行,每次超声5-10min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述的pH为6.5-7.5。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于牛仔衣物的防染洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述的加热为在60-70℃下进行。
