Abstract
本发明公开了一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入10‑30℃凉水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚,TAB‑12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铜搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5‑4,搅拌均匀静置10‑24小时。通过上述方式,本发明制备的洗涤剂配方合理,能够针对真丝织物、羊毛织物起到很好的防皱、防泛黄、防褪色的效果;保持并延长衣物的崭新程度,洗衣效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗护用品领域,具体涉及一种洗涤剂的制备方法。
背景技术
社会经济的快速发展,也促使人们对美的追求不断提高。在着装方面,时装不断向中、高档发展,真丝、毛、麻织物已成日趋为制作中、高档时装的主要面料。然而,这些面料制作的服装,存在易老化、起皱、脆裂、泛黄等问题,出现了用普通衣物洗护用品洗涤时难以解决的问题。
另一方面,在倡导低碳生活的今天,人们更加注重节能、减排、降耗。而洗衣液具备生产过程中耗能小,使用过程中易溶解、无残留、便于低温洗涤,排放过程中易生物降解温和无刺激、不伤衣物、不伤手等特点,洗衣液是未来衣物洗涤剂发展的必然趋势。洗衣液市场划分越来越细,洗衣液功能性越来越强。洗衣液按洗涤织物不同分为普通洗衣液(主要洗外套衣物)、内衣洗衣液、婴幼儿洗衣液、衣领净、丝毛净、羽绒服专用清洗剂等产品。
但研究发现现有技术中的已有的普通丝毛洗涤剂主要由阴离子表面活性剂及其助剂,即由:烷基苯磺酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、三聚磷酸钠、烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅酸钠(模数3)、荧光增白剂、皂料等构成。这种洗涤剂制造方便,通用性强,但对真丝和羊毛纤维均有一定损害。对真丝织物,洗后起皱,日久泛黄;羊毛织物则引起缩水,并且不能对织物的色彩进行很好的保护,洗涤久了,会发生褪色现象。并不能很好的用于一些高档衣物的洗涤。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于公开一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,该洗涤剂配方合理,能够针对真丝织物、羊毛织物起到很好的防皱、防泛黄、防褪色的效果;保持并延长衣物的崭新程度,洗衣效果显著。
具体公开内容如下:一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入10-30℃凉水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚,TAB-12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铜搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5-4,搅拌均匀静置10-24小时。
优选的,制备过程中各组分的用量为:椰子油二乙醇酰胺2-4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3份,柠檬酸3-6份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2-0.5份,硫酸铜0.3-0.9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.2-3份,缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚1-4份,季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂3-5份,香精0.2-0.8份,水100份。
优选的,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入20℃水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚1份,TAB-12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂3份,搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠0.5份、硫酸铜0.3份,搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5-4,搅拌均匀静置10-24小时。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂与常规的洗衣粉或液体洗涤剂相比,洗涤毛线织物的时候,具有防止毛线褪色,并且减轻散毛现象;洗涤其他毛制品时,防止颜色串染,减轻毛面散损;并且由于组成中不含荧光增白剂、漂白剂等对丝、毛有作用的化学品,能够防止衣物泛黄,能够延长丝绸制品、羊毛制品的使用寿命,而且洗涤剂中含有增柔、抗静电、防污垢再淀积的表面活性成分,不仅对布料松软抗皱、抗泛黄的作用,而且对已缩水的羊毛织物具有一定程度的复原作用,还对合成纤维、混纺纤维的平滑性能有显著的提高作用。

实施例1:一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入10-30℃凉水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚,TAB-12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铜搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5-4,搅拌均匀静置10-24小时。

实施例3:一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入20℃水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚1份,TAB-12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂3份,搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠0.5份、硫酸铜0.3份,搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5-4,搅拌均匀静置10-24小时。

1.一种防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下操作:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入80℃热水在均质器中搅拌令其全部溶解;然后加入10-30℃凉水搅拌均匀,使温度下降,搅拌至室温,然后向其中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚,TAB-12(1231)季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂搅拌30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铜搅拌至全部溶解,然后向其中加入柠檬酸溶液将溶液的pH值调节至2.5-4,搅拌均匀静置10-24小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止衣物泛黄及褪色的洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,制备过程中各组分的用量为:椰子油二乙醇酰胺2-4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3份,柠檬酸3-6份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2-0.5份,硫酸铜0.3-0.9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.2-3份,缩水山梨醇月桂醇单脂聚氧乙烯醚1-4份,季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂3-5份,香精0.2-0.8份,水100份。
