本发明公开了一种医用布草洗涤液,涉及洗涤剂技术领域,这种医用布草洗涤液选取直链烷基苯磺酸,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,烷基醇酰胺,氢氧化钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,增稠剂,防腐剂,蒸馏水为原料,制作方法先将氢氧化钠、直链烷基苯磺酸混合,再高温混合脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,最后热温混合黄原胶、氯化钠、凯松、甲苯酸钠即得到医用布草洗涤液,解决现有医用布草洗涤液低温环境下清洗血渍不干净的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂技术领域,尤其是一种用于清洗医用布草的洗涤液。
背景技术
医用布草为医院内需洗涤的织物包括病人衣物、床单、病房布巾、手术布巾、医务人员工作服等医用织物,所有病人都是病原载体(细菌/ 病毒),同时也是潜在的被感染者,防止一切可能与传染微生物接触的机会,彻底隔断交叉污染是非常重要的。目前,主要通过洗涤、高温消毒、干燥步骤来进行对医用布草的消毒,而血渍的洗涤,长期以来洗衣房一直采用传统的低温洗涤方法。低温洗涤后的织物血渍洗涤不净、高温消毒后痕迹明显突出并形成顽渍、洗后织物血腥异味严重及织物吸水性较差。既严重影响了织物的洗涤质量,又对洗衣房和手术室造成了环境污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种医用布草洗涤液,它可以解决现有医用布草洗涤液低温环境下清洗血渍不干净的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种医用布草洗涤液,包括以下重量份数的原料:直链烷基苯磺酸8~10份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6~7份,烷基醇酰胺1~2份,氢氧化钠0.5~1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1~0.2份,增稠剂2~3份,防腐剂0.1~0.2份,蒸馏水80~90份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将一半蒸馏水倒入配料锅中,加入氢氧化钠、直链烷基苯磺酸进行搅拌5~8分钟;
2)再加热温度至65~75℃,然后加入脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行搅拌10~15分钟;
3)将温度降至40~50℃,然后加入增稠剂、防腐剂、另一半蒸馏水进行搅拌20~25分钟即得医用布草洗涤液。
述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述增稠剂为黄原胶和氯化钠的混合物。
进一步的:所述防腐剂为凯松和甲苯酸钠的混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:采高温度混合脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,再用热温混合黄原胶、氯化钠、凯松、甲苯酸钠,最后得到的医用布草洗涤液具有在低温水洗中与血红素中的双键反应,产生消色作用,而且可使蛋白质大分子上的多肽键断裂,水解为水溶性物质—氨基酸,有效去除血渍。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
本实例这种医用布草洗涤液的原料如下:直链烷基苯磺酸8份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6份,烷基醇酰胺1份,氢氧化钠0.5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1份,黄原胶1份,氯化钠1份,凯松0.05份,甲苯酸钠0.05份,蒸馏水80份;
制作方法如下:
1)将一半蒸馏水倒入配料锅中,加入氢氧化钠、直链烷基苯磺酸进行搅拌5~8分钟;
2)再加热温度至65℃,然后加入脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行搅拌10分钟;
3)将温度降至40℃,然后加入增稠剂、防腐剂、另一半蒸馏水进行搅拌20~25分钟即得医用布草洗涤液。
实施例二
本实例这种医用布草洗涤液的原料如下:直链烷基苯磺酸10份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠7份,烷基醇酰胺2份,氢氧化钠1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2份,黄原胶1.5份,氯化钠1.5份,凯松0.1份,甲苯酸钠0.1份,蒸馏水90份;
制作方法如下:
1)将一半蒸馏水倒入配料锅中,加入氢氧化钠、直链烷基苯磺酸进行搅拌5~8分钟;
2)再加热温度至75℃,然后加入脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行搅拌15分钟;
3)将温度降至50℃,然后加入增稠剂、防腐剂、另一半蒸馏水进行搅拌25分钟即得医用布草洗涤液。

1.一种医用布草洗涤液,其特征在于包括以下重量份数的原料:
直链烷基苯磺酸8~10份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6~7份,烷基醇酰胺1~2份,氢氧化钠0.5~1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1~0.2份,增稠剂2~3份,防腐剂0.1~0.2份,蒸馏水80~90份;
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
将一半蒸馏水倒入配料锅中,加入氢氧化钠、直链烷基苯磺酸进行搅拌5~8分钟;
2)再加热温度至65~75℃,然后加入脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行搅拌10~15分钟;
3)将温度降至40~50℃,然后加入增稠剂、防腐剂、另一半蒸馏水进行搅拌20~25分钟即得医用布草洗涤液。
