本发明的目的在于提供一种含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,有效防止串色褪色问题,配方环保、性质温和、去污效果佳。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液的制备方法,工艺过程简单,成本更加低廉,产品的稳定性更好。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下。
一种含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,包括如下质量份数的原料:烷基葡萄糖苷5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵3~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5~4份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~3份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1~3份、植物提取液3~8份、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5~2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.1~1.5份、有机硅消泡剂0.1~0.3份、对氯间二甲苯酚0.1~0.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1~5份、植物精油0.01~0.02份、色素0.001~0.002份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份、过碳酸钠0.5~3份、复合生物酶0.1~0.5份、向日葵杆提取物0.1~0.5份、去离子水30~90份;该洗衣液,还包括柠檬酸水溶液和氯化钠。
进一步地,向日葵杆提取物通过下述方法获得:将向日葵杆及内芯进行干燥、粉碎,并在65℃下用75%乙醇进行回流提取,再依次进行抽滤、蒸馏、干燥、灭菌、粉碎、过滤,获得向日葵杆提取物。该向日葵杆提取物属于离子型多孔结构,具有优良的洗涤去污功能,和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)复配,可以使活性成分复合生物酶、过碳酸钠以微胶囊的形式存在,避免活性成分久置失活的弊端。
烷基葡萄糖苷(简称APG),是一种天然非离子表面活性剂,去污能力强,洗后织物柔软性好,抗静电,温和不伤手,可完全降解,对环境保护意义重大;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(简称AESA),是非离子表面活性剂,使用后织物透气性高,优于AES;将APG和AESA复配,洗涤效果良好,性质温和,渗透速度快,相互协调性强,去除尘土污物的速度大为增强。
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(简称OP-10),具有良好的润湿扩散作用,可以加速各种污渍在水中分布的均匀性;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(n=9),属非离子表面活性剂,可以促进微胶囊内有效成分杀毒、灭菌、氧漂的渗透作用,结合使用可以有效抗静电、使织物柔软,使白色织物更加洁白,彩色织物更加鲜艳,并有效分解织物的顽固蛋白渍,使成为溶于水的小分子成分漂洗,解决了普通洗衣液对蛋白渍无法有效去除的弊病。

(1)在向日葵杆提取物中加入去离子水并搅拌成胶状物,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮并搅拌成发泡液体后,加入复合生物酶和过碳酸钠并搅拌,形成以向日葵杆提取物为载体的微胶囊;
(2)将去离子水加入到搅拌乳化一体机中,并开启搅拌和均质功能,再缓慢加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,并根据泡沫的大小加入有机硅消泡剂,再加入去离子水并保持均质乳化5min~10min后,停止均质并继续搅拌,加入烷基葡萄糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、植物提取液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚丙烯酸钠、对氯间二甲苯酚、植物精油,再用柠檬酸水溶液调节pH至6~7,开启均质乳化功能,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氯化钠调节产品的粘稠度,再加入色素,继续乳化5min,并关闭均质功能,再加入步骤(1)获得的微胶囊并搅拌混合5min,使产品呈悬浮微粒状,获得洗衣液。
本发明含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液及其制备方法的有益效果为:
(1)去污效率高、速度快,配方环保无毒、可降解,性质温和,泡沫低易漂洗,可使织物更柔软,杀菌、消毒一体化完成,有效解决了以往洗衣液功效单一、洗衣机内壁霉菌滋生、交叉感染的问题;
(2)采用微胶囊技术,保留了高活性成分因子,增加了布草衣物的漂白增艳作用,引入的高聚物又可防止褪色串色问题;
(3)采用植物提取液和植物精油,使得植物香氛持久,具有明显的驱虫害作用,兼具保健作用;
(4)采用冷制法加工而成的洗衣液,工艺简单,成本低,产品稳定性好,经济效益明显,洗涤、柔软、漂白、增艳、杀菌一次性完成,节约水资源,应用前景广阔。

(2)将一半的去离子水加入到搅拌乳化一体机中,保持搅拌和均质按钮开启,再缓慢加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(AESA),此过程较缓慢,避免回流管道堵塞;根据泡沫的大小加入有机硅消泡剂,加完之后再补充加入剩余的去离子水,并保持均质乳化5min~10min后,关闭均质按钮,只保留搅拌按钮,继续加入烷基葡萄糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、植物提取液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚丙烯酸钠、对氯间二甲苯酚、植物精油,再用柠檬酸(以适量水溶解)调节pH至6~7,打开均质乳化按钮,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氯化钠(适量水溶解)调节产品的粘稠度,再加入色素(以适量水溶解),继续乳化5min,关闭均质按钮;加入步骤(1)获得的微胶囊并搅拌混合5min,使产品呈悬浮微粒状,获得洗衣液,再经过老化、检验、灌装。

Claims (8)

1.一种含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的原料:
烷基葡萄糖苷5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵3~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5~4份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~3份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1~3份、植物提取液3~8份、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5~2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.1~1.5份、有机硅消泡剂0.1~0.3份、对氯间二甲苯酚0.1~0.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1~5份、植物精油0.01~0.02份、色素0.001~0.002份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份、过碳酸钠0.5~3份、复合生物酶0.1~0.5份、向日葵杆提取物0.1~0.5份、去离子水30~90份。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述向日葵杆提取物通过下述方法获得:将向日葵杆及内芯进行干燥、粉碎,并在65℃下用75%乙醇进行回流提取,再依次进行抽滤、蒸馏、干燥、灭菌、粉碎、过滤,获得向日葵杆提取物。
3.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述植物提取液所使用的植物为黄芩、防风、栀子或金银花中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述植物精油所使用的植物为佛手柑、尤加利、马郁兰、广藿香、花梨木、安息香或薰衣草。
5.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,还包括柠檬酸水溶液和氯化钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述烷基葡萄糖苷的碳数为C12~C14。
7.如权利要求1所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的聚合度为9。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的含有向日葵杆微胶囊的洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)在向日葵杆提取物中加入去离子水并搅拌成胶状物,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮并搅拌成发泡液体后,加入复合生物酶和过碳酸钠并搅拌,形成以向日葵杆提取物为载体的微胶囊;
(2)将去离子水加入到搅拌乳化一体机中,并开启搅拌和均质功能,再缓慢加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,并根据泡沫的大小加入有机硅消泡剂,再加入去离子水并保持均质乳化5min~10min后,停止均质并继续搅拌,加入烷基葡萄糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、植物提取液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚丙烯酸钠、对氯间二甲苯酚、植物精油,再用柠檬酸水溶液调节pH至6~7,开启均质乳化功能,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氯化钠调节产品的粘稠度,再加入色素,继续乳化5min,并关闭均质功能,再加入步骤(1)获得的微胶囊并搅拌混合5min,使产品呈悬浮微粒状,获得洗衣液。
