Abstract
本发明公开了布草浓缩洗涤液,先将制备重量10‑20wt%的去离子水输送到搅拌机内,再在搅拌机内添加制备重量1‑2wt%的氢氧化钠,再在氢氧化钠溶液中添加制备重量磺酸,再加制备重量10‑30wt%的去离子水充分拌搅,再依次加入吡咯烷酮、AEO‑9、N‑烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、尿素乙醇、液体增白剂、乳化硅油、香精和防腐剂,并充分搅拌均匀后,再加剩余重量的去离子水进行稀释,本发明只需要加一种布草浓缩洗涤液,就能将布草织物洗干净,布草织物不会受到损伤,能保持布草织物柔软性和使用舒适感,布草织物不仅外观无污渍、无任何残留物;且洗涤布草织物时,操作方便,洗涤时间短,洗涤成本费用低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤液,尤其是涉及一种布草浓缩洗涤液。
背景技术
众所周知,酒店客房用毛巾、台布、浴巾、床单床罩、枕套枕巾、被套等与布有关的酒店布料用品在现代酒店行业统称为布草。由于酒店布草种类较多,使用量大,清洗频繁。传统用于布草的洗涤用品有主洗液、碱洗液、中和酸、氧漂水和彩漂粉,采用传统洗涤品清洗上述布草时,需同时添加上述几种才能将布草洗好,这种传统洗涤方法存在以下问题:一是使用的洗涤品种类多,洗涤操作麻烦,洗涤时间长,洗涤成本费用较高;二是酒店有时为了获得更好的清洗效果,甚至还会用漂白处理,如果操作不当,就会造成对织物的损伤,使得布草柔软性降低,变硬起球,降低了布草织物的舒适感,减少了布草织物的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中布草织物在洗涤过程中所存的问题,本发明提出了一种仅用一种具有去污能力强、洗涤白度好、低泡无磷的洗涤液就可全部洗好的布草浓缩洗涤液。
本发明所述布草浓缩洗涤液,它由去离子水、氢氧化钠、磺酸、吡咯烷酮、荧光增白剂、AEO-9、N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、尿素、乙醇、增白剂、乳化硅油、香精和防腐剂为原料组成,并按下述方法步骤制备而成:
a、先将制备重量10-20wt%的去离子水输送到搅拌机内,再在搅拌机内添加制备重量1-2wt%的氢氧化钠,启动搅拌机充分搅拌制成氢氧化钠溶液,
b、再在上述氢氧化钠溶液中添加制备重量6-10wt%的磺酸,在温度70-80℃下中和完后,当测得pH为9-10时,再加制备重量10-30wt %的去离子水充分搅拌,
c、当搅拌至50-60℃时,依次加入制备重量0.2-0.5wt%的吡咯烷酮、0.2-0.5wt%的荧光增白剂、5-15wt%的AEO-9、2- 5wt%的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、3-7wt%的尿素、1-3wt%的乙醇、0.2-0.5wt%的液体增白剂、1-2wt%的乳化硅油、0.1-0.3wt%的香精和0.02-0.05wt%的防腐剂,并充分搅拌均匀后, 再加剩余重量的去离子水进行稀释,
d、当测得pH值为9-9.5时,出料由输送泵至储存桶灌装。
本发明采用乳化硅油,乳化硅油为白色粘稠液体,不易燃烧、不易胶化,对人体无毒无害。
所述乳化硅油具有护理调理作用,使布草织物在洗涤后色彩更鲜艳。
所述AE0-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚),主要是用作羊毛净洗剂、毛纺工业脱脂剂、织物净洗剂以及液体洗涤剂活性组分。
所述N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物按60-70wt%∶30-40wt%进行混合,其混合物是一种性能较全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,其中N-烷基葡糖酰胺是一种天然的表面活性剂,来源丰富,价格低,易降解,去污能力强,增溶增白作用好,不会形成难于生物降解的代谢物,从而避免了对环境造成新的污染。
本发明与传统洗涤产品相比,具有以下特点:
1、本发明去污能力强,洗涤效果好,只需要加一种布草浓缩洗涤液,就能将布草织物洗干净,布草织物不仅外观无污渍、无任何残留物痕迹,而且洗后白度好,色彩鲜艳;
2、本发明洗涤的布草织物不会受到损伤,能保持布草织物柔软性和使用舒适感,能延长布草织物的使用寿命;
3、本发明在洗涤布草织物时,操作方便,洗涤时间短,洗涤成本费用低。
本发明的生产设备主要有:去离子水交换器、搅拌机、产品输送泵。
本发明严格按衣料用液体洗涤剂QB/T1224-2012标准生产与销售。
具体实施方式
实施例1,
a、先将制备重量20wt%的去离子水输送到搅拌机内,再在搅拌机内添加制备重量2wt%的氢氧化钠,启动搅拌机充分搅拌制成氢氧化钠溶液,
b、再在上述氢氧化钠溶液中添加占制备重量8wt%的磺酸,在温度70-80℃下中和完后,当测得pH值为9-10时,再加制备重量20wt %的去离子水充分搅拌,
c、当搅拌至温度50-60℃时,依次加入制备重量0.3wt%的吡咯烷酮、0.3wt%的荧光增白剂、10wt%的AEO-9、3wt%的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物(其中N-烷基葡糖酰胺70wt%、三聚氰酸30wt%)、5wt%的尿素、2wt%的乙醇、0.3wt%的液体增白剂、2wt%的乳化硅油、0.2wt%的香精和0.03wt%的防腐剂,充分搅拌后, 再加入剩余重量的去离子水进行稀释,
d、当测得的pH值为9-9.5时,出料由输送泵至储存桶灌装。
实施例1具体配比量计算:若取制备重量为100kg(即去离子水和各原料总重量之和),则先在搅拌机内加去离子水20 kg,再加2kg氢氧化钠,再加8 kg磺酸,当测得的pH值达到9-10时,再加20kg去离子水搅拌,当搅拌至温度为50-60℃时,依次加入0.3 kg的吡咯烷酮、0.3kg的荧光增白剂、10kg的AEO-9、3kg的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、5kg的尿素、2kg的乙醇、0.3kg的液体增白剂、2kg的乳化硅油、0.2kg的香精、0.03kg的防腐剂,充分搅拌后,再加入剩余重量26.87 kg的去离子水充分搅拌。
注:26.87kg=100-20-2-8-20-0.3-0.3-10-3-5-2-0.3-2-0.2-0.03。
实施例2,
a、先将制备重量15wt%的去离子水输送到搅拌机内,再在搅拌机内添加制备重量1.5wt%的氢氧化钠,启动搅拌机充分搅拌制成氢氧化钠溶液,
b、再在上述氢氧化钠溶液中添加占制备重量9wt%的磺酸,在温度70-80℃下中和完后,当测得的pH值为9-10时,再加制备重量30wt %的去离子水充分搅拌,
c、当搅拌至温度为50-60℃时,依次加入制备重量0.5wt%的吡咯烷酮、0.4wt%的荧光增白剂、14wt%的AEO-9、4wt%的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物(其中N-烷基葡糖酰胺60wt %、三聚氰酸40wt %)、5wt%的尿素、1wt%的乙醇、0.2wt%的液体增白剂、3wt%的乳化硅油、0.3wt%的香精和0.05wt%的防腐剂,充分搅拌后, 再加入剩余重量的去离子水进行搅拌稀释,
d、当测得的pH值为9-9.5时,出料由输送泵至储存桶灌装。
实施例2具体配比量计算:若取制备重量为100kg(即去离子水和各原料总重量之和),则先在搅拌机内加去离子水15 kg,再加1.5kg氢氧化钠,再加9kg磺酸,当测得的pH值达到10时,再加30kg去离子水搅拌,当搅拌至温度为50-60℃时,依次加入0.5kg的吡咯烷酮、0.4kg的荧光增白剂、14kg的AEO-9、4kg的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、5kg的尿素、1kg的乙醇、0.2kg的液体增白剂、3kg的乳化硅油、0.3的香精、0.05kg的防腐剂,充分搅拌后,再加入剩余重量16.25kg的去离子水充分搅拌。
注:16.25kg=100-15-1.5-9-30-0.5-0.4-14-4-5-1-0.2-3-0.3-0.05。
Claims (2)
1.布草浓缩洗涤液,其特征在于:它由去离子水、氢氧化钠、磺酸、吡咯烷酮、荧光增白剂、AEO-9、N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、尿素、乙醇、增白剂、乳化硅油、香精和防腐剂为原料组成,并按下述方法步骤制备而成:
a、 先将制备重量10-20wt%的去离子水输送到搅拌机内,再在搅拌机内添加制备重量1-2wt%的氢氧化钠,启动搅拌机充分搅拌制成氢氧化钠溶液,
b、再在上述氢氧化钠溶液中添加制备重量6-10wt%的磺酸,在温度70-80℃下中和完后,当测得pH为9-10时,再加制备重量10-30wt %的去离子水充分搅拌,
c、当搅拌至50-60℃时,依次加入制备重量0.2-0.5wt%的吡咯烷酮、0.2-0.5wt%的荧光增白剂、5-15wt%的AEO-9、2- 5wt%的N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸的混合物、3-7wt%的尿素、1-3wt%的乙醇、0.2-0.5wt%的液体增白剂、1-2wt%的乳化硅油、0.1-0.3wt%的香精和0.02-0.05wt%的防腐剂,并充分搅拌均匀后, 再加剩余重量的去离子水进行稀释,
d、当测得pH值为9-9.5时,出料由输送泵至储存桶灌装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布草浓缩洗涤液,其特征在于:所述N-烷基葡糖酰胺和三聚氰酸按60-70wt%∶30-40wt%进行混合。
