Abstract
【解決手段】電子部品収納凹部25及び嵌合接続凹部26を有するケース7、電子部品収納凹部25に収納され嵌合接続凹部26に第一接続部15を形成する電子部品8を有するユニット本体6と、電線軸方向中間に電線側端子12を接続してなる電線1と、電線側端子12の部分を覆うように電線1に取り付く電線収納部19、及び嵌合接続凹部26に嵌合するカバー側嵌合部23を有するカバー部材5と、を備える。このような構成で、予め電線1にカバー部材5を組み付けてカバー組付電線4を形成し、この後に、カバー組付電線4を嵌合接続凹部26に嵌合させ、この嵌合と同時に第一接続部15と電線側端子12との接続を行ってなる。

Claims (8)
- 電子部品収納凹部及び嵌合接続凹部を有するケース、前記電子部品収納凹部に収納され前記嵌合接続凹部に第一接続部を形成する電子部品を有するユニット本体と、
電線軸方向中間に電線側端子を接続してなる電線と、
前記電線側端子の部分を覆うように前記電線に取り付く電線収納部、及び前記嵌合接続凹部に嵌合するカバー側嵌合部を有するカバー部材と、
を備え、
予め前記電線に前記カバー部材を組み付けてカバー組付電線を形成した後に、該カバー組付電線を前記嵌合接続凹部に嵌合させ、この嵌合と同時に前記第一接続部と前記電線側端子との接続を行ってなる
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記電線収納部の、前記電線側端子を挟む電線軸方向両側となる位置に、前記電線を支持する電線支持部を形成する
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記カバー部材の構造として、内側に前記電線収納部、外側に前記嵌合接続凹部に差し込まれてガイド可能なケース挿入ガイド部、さらに該ケース挿入ガイド部に形成される前記カバー側嵌合部を含む
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項3に記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記ケース挿入ガイド部及び前記電線収納部に、端子保護部としての機能を持たせる
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4いずれか記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記第一接続部の構成として、前記電線側端子に対し弾性的に接触するバネ接点を含む
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5いずれか記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記嵌合接続凹部又は前記第一接続部に、前記カバー部材の向きに応じて前記カバー組付電線の嵌合を規制する嵌合規制部を形成する
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6いずれか記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記電線収納部及び前記電線側端子に、前記電線収納部における前記電線側端子の電線軸方向位置決めとなる端子位置決め機構を形成する
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7いずれか記載の電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記電線収納部及び前記電線側端子に、前記電線収納部における前記電線側端子の電線軸直交方向の移動を許容して前記第一接続部との調芯を図る調芯機構を形成する
ことを特徴とする電線と電子部品内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。
