Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器1と圧縮要素2は、6点の溶接点8にて溶接されている。上記密閉容器1には、冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管11が取り付けられている。この吸入管11の固有振動モードである第1の方向D1および第2の方向D2と、上記溶接点8のうちの任意の2点を結ぶ方向とは、一致しない。したがって、モータの振動が、上記圧縮要素2に伝播しても、上記溶接点8の配置によって、上記吸入管11の振動を低減できる。

Description
上記密閉容器と上記圧縮要素とは、3点以上の溶接点にて溶接され、
上記密閉容器の吸入口には、冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が取り付けられ、
上記密閉容器の中心軸に直交する平面であって上記吸入管の上記吸入口近傍の部分の中心を通る平面において、上記吸入管の上記吸入口近傍の部分の中心軸の方向である第1の方向、および、この第1の方向と直交する第2の方向には、上記溶接点のうちの任意の2点を結ぶ方向は、一致しないことを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 密閉容器(1)と、
この密閉容器(1)内に配置された圧縮要素(2)と、
上記密閉容器(1)内に配置され、上記圧縮要素(2)をシャフト(12)を介して駆動するモータ(3)と
を備え、
上記密閉容器(1)と上記圧縮要素(2)とは、3点以上の溶接点(8)にて溶接され、
上記密閉容器(1)の吸入口(1b)には、冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管(11)が取り付けられ、
上記密閉容器(1)の中心軸(1a)に直交する平面であって上記吸入管(11)の上記吸入口(1b)近傍の部分の中心を通る平面において、上記吸入管(11)の上記吸入口(1b)近傍の部分の中心軸(11a)の方向である第1の方向(D1)、および、この第1の方向(D1)と直交する第2の方向(D2)には、上記溶接点(8)のうちの任意の2点を結ぶ方向は、一致しないことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
上記吸入管(11)にはアキュームレータ(10)が連結されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
隣り合う上記溶接点(8)の間の中心角度のうちの少なくとも一つは、他の中心角度と異なることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
上記溶接点(8)の数は、偶数であり、
全ての上記溶接点(8)は、同じ数の上記溶接点(8)をそれぞれ含む複数の群(A,B)に、分けられ、
この各群(A,B)内における隣り合う上記溶接点(8)の間の中心角度の配分は、全ての上記群(A,B)において、同じであることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
上記モータ(3)は、ロータ(6)と、このロータ(6)の径方向外側に配置されたステータ(5)とを有し、
上記ステータ(5)は、径方向内側に突出すると共に周方向に配列された複数のティース(512)を含むステータ本体(510)と、上記各ティース(512)にそれぞれ巻かれて複数の上記ティース(512)に渡って巻かれていないコイル(520)とを有することを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
上記モータ(3)は、上記密閉容器(1)に取り付けられる取付部(30)を有し、
この取付部(30)の数は、上記溶接点(8)の数以上であり、
上記取付部(30)は、上記密閉容器(1)の中心軸(1a)方向からみて、上記溶接点(8)に重なることを特徴とする圧縮機。
