Abstract
【解決手段】自動車用のヘッドランプ組立体であって、光源と、光源を受け入れるチャンバと、チャンバから熱を取り去るための冷却チャネルとを有している。伝熱壁と断熱壁とが協働して、チャンバとチャネルとを形成する。伝熱壁は、断熱壁に比べて実質的に高い熱伝導率を有しており、チャンバと冷却チャネルとの間の熱交換を促進すると共に、冷却チャネルと比較的高温のエンジンルームとの間の熱交換を抑制する。

Claims (20)
- 自動車用のヘッドランプ組立体であって、この組立体が、
レンズと、
伝熱壁内面と伝熱壁外面とを有する伝熱壁であって、伝熱壁内面はレンズと協働して、大気から流体的に隔離されたチャンバを少なくとも部分的に形成するような、上記伝熱壁と、
チャンバの内部に配置された光源と、
伝熱壁外面から間隔を隔てた断熱壁内面を有する断熱壁であって、両者の間に協働して冷却チャネルを形成し、チャンバと冷却チャネルとの間における熱交換を促進し、冷却チャネルは大気と連通してなる入口と出口との間に延在しているような上記断熱壁と、を備え、
伝熱壁が有する熱伝導率は、断熱壁が有する熱伝導率に比べて実質的に高くなっていて、チャンバと冷却チャネルとの間における熱交換を促進することを特徴とするヘッドランプ組立体。 - 断熱壁の熱伝導率は5.0W/(m・K)以下であり、伝熱壁の熱伝導率は10.0W/(m・K)以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 断熱壁の熱伝導率は1.0W/(m・K)以下であり、伝熱壁の熱伝導率は20.0W/(m・K)以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 断熱壁の熱伝導率は0.5W/(m・K)以下であり、伝熱壁の熱伝導率は50.0W/(m・K)以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 断熱壁の熱伝導率は0.2W/(m・K)以下であり、伝熱壁の熱伝導率は50.0W/(m・K)以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁は、ベース素材と、ベース素材によって支持された複数の伝熱要素とを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- ベース素材はポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱要素は、金属、金属合金、シリコン、及びグラファイトからなるグループから選択された素材から作られていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁は、金属、金属合金、シリコン、及びグラファイトからなるグループから選択された伝熱素材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 断熱壁は、ガラス、セラミックス、及びプラスチックからなるグループから選択された断熱素材から作られていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁と断熱壁との間の冷却チャネルの中に延設された少なくともひとつの分割部材をさらに備え、複数の冷却チャネル部分が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁からチャンバの内部へ延びる、少なくともひとつの分割部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- ヘッドランプ組立体の底部部分に隣接して入口が配置され、ヘッドランプ組立体の上部部分に隣接して出口が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- チャンバと冷却チャネルとの間の熱交換を促進するために、伝熱壁に配置された熱電子装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁と断熱壁とは、互いに略等距離に間隔を隔てていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 光源からチャンバ内の空気への熱伝達を促進するために、光源に結合された複数のフィンをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁から延びて光源を支持する、コネクタ支柱をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- フィンとコネクタ支柱とは、金属素材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- ヘッドランプ組立体は、大気に露出される前方部分と、エンジンルームに露出される後方部分とを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 伝熱壁は少なくとも部分的に反射鏡を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
