Abstract
【解決手段】 ステータ21のティース48は、複数の磁性鋼板57が積層されることにより略T字状に形成され、マグネットに対向する幅広の部分であるT字の頭部48aと、コイルが巻回される略一定幅の部分であるT字の脚部48bの巻回部48cと、ステータヨークコア47に挿入される部分であるT字の脚部48bの挿入部48dとを有し、略一定幅の部分の巻回部48cには、互いに重ね合わされる磁性鋼板57を固定する複数のハーフピアス部57aが設けられ、複数のハーフピアス部57aは、略一定幅の巻回部48cの中心線O1と同方向に並んで設けられた。

Claims (6)
- コイルを巻回した複数のティース及び該各ティース間を繋ぐステータヨークコアを有するステータと、
前記ティースに間隙を介して対向して配置されるマグネットを有するロータとを備えた回転電機において、
前記ティースは、複数の磁性鋼板が積層されることにより略T字状に形成され、前記マグネットに対向する幅広の部分である前記T字の頭部と、前記コイルが巻回される略一定幅の部分である前記T字の脚部の巻回部と、前記ステータヨークコアに挿入される部分である前記T字の脚部の挿入部とを有し、
前記略一定幅の部分の巻回部には、互いに積層される磁性鋼板を固定する複数の嵌合部が設けられ、該複数の嵌合部は、前記略一定幅の巻回部の中心線と同方向に並んで設けられたことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記複数の嵌合部は、前記頭部及び前記挿入部から、前記巻回部の幅の1/2以上離れた領域に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記ティースと前記マグネットとは、回転軸心方向に間隙を介して対向して配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記磁性鋼板は、両側面に絶縁膜が形成され、前記嵌合部において前記絶縁膜が破断されて、該嵌合部を介して複数の磁性鋼板の間に閉回路が構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一つに記載の回転電機。
- 前記各磁性鋼板に形成された前記各嵌合部は、互いに同方向に突出し、反対側に凹部が形成され、該各嵌合部が互いに凹凸嵌合されることにより、前記各磁性鋼板が積層されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一つに記載の回転電機。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一つに記載の回転電機が駆動輪に連結されて、前記回転電機の駆動力が前記駆動輪に伝達されるように構成されたことを特徴とする電動車椅子。
