Abstract
補機充電用DCDCの保護、フェール原因に応じた補機充電用DCDCへの給電を行う電動車両の制御装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
電動車両の制御装置において、高電圧を供給する高圧バッテリと、走行駆動力に基づく発電及び走行駆動力を発生する発電電動機と、高電圧を昇圧して発電電動機側に出力し、発電電動機側から入力される電圧を降圧する昇圧器と、低圧で駆動される補機と、発電電動機又は高圧バッテリから供給される電圧を降圧する降圧器と、補機に降圧器より出力される電力を供給する低圧ラインと、高圧バッテリの正極又は負極の一方に設けられた第1のスイッチと、高圧バッテリの正極又は負極の他方に設けられた第2のスイッチとを備え、第1のスイッチと昇圧器の間、及び第2のスイッチと高圧バッテリの間に降圧器の電力供給ラインを接続する。

Description
図4はECU20の本発明の第1実施形態による機能ブロック図である。図4に示すように、ECU20は、フェール検知手段100と、フェール原因特定手段102と、モータシステムフェール制御手段104と、メインバッテリフェール制御手段106と、ECUフェール制御手段108を実現するための記憶媒体に記憶されたプログラムを実行する。
図7は本発明の第2の実施形態によるフェール検知時制御に係る機能ブロック図であり、図4中の構成要素と実質的に同一の構成要素には同一の符号を附している。フェール時共通制御手段150は、フェール検知手段100がフェールを検知した場合には、図1及び図3ではメインコンタクタ4#H,4#LをOFFして、補機充電用DCDC16とモータシステム6及びメインバッテリ2との接続を遮断する。これは、フェールが発生したとき、瞬時に補機充電用DCDC16をモータシステム6及びメインバッテリ2から切り離すことにより補機充電用DCDC16の保護を重視したためである。また、メインコンタクタ4#H,4#LのOFFにより、リアクトル52のメインバッテリ2側に高電圧が発生しても、補機充電用DCDC16に高電圧が印加されることはない。
図9は本発明の第3の実施形態に係るハイブリッド車の概略構成図であり、図1中の構成要素と実質的に同一の構成要素には同一の符号を附している。図9に示すように、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置は、メインバッテリ2と、メインコンタクタ4#H,4#Lと、昇圧器8、PDU10及びモータ12を有するモータシステム6と、エンジン14と、補機充電用DCDC16と、補機バッテリ18と、ECU200と、複数個のバッテリブロック電圧センサ30#c1〜30#cnと、電圧センサ34,38,44と、電流センサ36,40と、プリチャージコンタクタ202と、DCDCバイパス回路204と、DCDCコンタクタ206と、図示しない自動変速機を含む。

Claims (6)
- 電動車両の制御装置であって、
高電圧を供給する高圧バッテリと、
走行駆動力に基づく発電及び走行駆動力を発生する発電電動機と、
前記高電圧を昇圧して前記発電電動機側に出力し、前記発電電動機側から入力される電圧を降圧する昇圧器と、
低圧で駆動される補機と、
前記発電電動機又は前記高圧バッテリから供給される電圧を降圧する降圧器と、
前記補機に前記降圧器より出力される電力を供給する低圧ラインと、
前記高圧バッテリの正極又は負極の一方に設けられた第1のスイッチと、
前記高圧バッテリの正極又は負極の他方に設けられた第2のスイッチとを備え、
前記第1のスイッチと前記昇圧器の間、及び前記第2のスイッチと前記高圧バッテリの間に前記降圧器の電力供給ラインを接続することを特徴とする電動車両の制御装置。 - 前記発電電動機から前記昇圧器までの発電電動機系の故障を検出する発電電動機系故障検出手段又は前記高圧バッテリの故障を検出するバッテリ故障検出手段の少なくとも1つを備え、前記発電電動機系故障検出手段又は前記バッテリ故障検出手段により故障が検出された場合は、前記第1のスイッチ又は前記第2のスイッチの少なくとも1つをOFFにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 前記発電電動機系故障検出手段により故障が検出された場合は、前記第1のスイッチをOFFにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 前記バッテリ故障検出手段により故障が検出された場合は、前記第2のスイッチをOFFにすることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 前記発電電動機系故障検出手段及び前記バッテリ故障検出手段の双方により故障が検出された場合は、前記第1及び第2のスイッチをOFFにすることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 前記電動車両は走行駆動源として前記発電電動機とは異なる駆動源を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。
