Abstract
【解決手段】セラミック容器は、電池要素または電気二重層キャパシタ要素が内部に収容される凹部1aを上面に有するセラミック基体1と、凹部1aの底面を取り囲み凹部1aを形成する側壁1bの下端から凹部1aの底面にかけて凹部1aの底面の外縁に沿うように形成されたセラミックコート層3と、凹部1aの底面に、側壁1bの直下からセラミックコート層3の直下を経由してセラミックコート層3の内側端部よりも内側まで延在された第一のメタライズ層2aと、第一のメタライズ層2aの延在部2a−Bおよびその周囲のセラミックコート層3を覆うように凹部1aの底面に形成された導電層2cとを具備している。

Claims (8)
- 電池要素または電気二重層キャパシタ要素が内部に収容される凹部を上面に有するセラミック基体と、前記凹部の底面を取り囲み前記凹部を形成する側壁の下端から前記凹部の底面にかけて前記凹部の底面の外縁に沿うように形成されたセラミックコート層と、前記凹部の底面に、前記側壁の直下から前記セラミックコート層の直下を経由して前記セラミックコート層の内側端部よりも内側まで延在されたメタライズ層と、前記メタライズ層の延在部およびその周囲の前記セラミックコート層を覆うように前記凹部の底面に形成された導電層とを具備していることを特徴とするセラミック容器。
- 前記セラミックコート層は、前記側壁直下の前記セラミックコート層に加えて、前記延在部の上面外周部から前記凹部の底面にかけて前記延在部の全周に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック容器。
- 前記セラミックコート層はアルミナ質焼結体から成り、その厚みが3μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のセラミック容器。
- 前記セラミックコート層は、複数層から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のセラミック容器。
- 前記導電層は、アルミニウム,亜鉛,またはこれらの金属を主成分とする合金,金,ステンレス,チタンから選ばれた少なくとも1種の金属から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のセラミック容器。
- 前記導電層は、アルミニウム層の上にチタン層、チタン層の上にアルミニウム層、またはチタン層の上にアルミニウム層およびチタン層を順次積層した層のいずれかから成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のセラミック容器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6に記載のセラミック容器と、前記凹部内に収容された正電極板,負電極板,これら電極板の間に介在するセパレータおよび電解液と、前記側壁の上面に前記凹部を塞ぐように取着された蓋体とを具備していることを特徴とする電池。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6に記載のセラミック容器と、前記凹部内に収容された2つの分極性電極,これら2つの分極性電極の間に介在するセパレータおよび電解液と、前記側壁の上面に前記凹部を塞ぐように取着された蓋体とを具備していることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
