Claims (12)
- アルミニウム合金の帯材、板材、または成形部材の表面処理方法であって、大気プラズマを使った表面準備および、少なくともSi、Ti、Zr、Ce、Co、Mn、Mo、またはVの各元素のうちの一つを利用する化学変換処理を含む、アルミニウム合金の帯材、板材、または成形部材の表面に化学変換膜を形成するための表面処理方法。
- アルミニウム合金が、5000系の合金または6000系の合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理が、少なくとも前記各元素のうちの一つの少なくとも一つの塩を使ってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理が、処理浴への浸漬によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理が、アルミニウム合金の帯材、板材、または成形部材への処理浴の噴霧によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理が、アルミニウム合金の帯材、板材、または成形部材へのローラーでの処理浴の被覆加工によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表面処理方法。
- 処理浴が、3と11の間に含まれるpHをもつことを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理が、少なくともSi、Al、Ti、Zr、Ce、Co、Mn、Mo、またはVの各元素のうちの一つの化合物を含むプラズマガスを利用する、大気プラズマを使ってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換処理速度が、5m/分から600m/分までであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理方法。
- 化学変換膜が、5nmと300nmの間に含まれる厚みをもつことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理方法によって実現されるアルミニウム合金の板材または帯材の利用であって、接着されるまたはスポット溶接される部材の製造のための利用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理方法によって実現されるアルミニウム合金の板材または帯材の利用であって、自動車のボディ用の部材の製造のための利用。
