Claims (37)
- マイクロ流体アセンブリ内の流体中の陽電子放射物質の濃度を量定するための検出器組立体であって、
基部と、
基部に形成した窓と、
基部を介して流体が流れるように基部に設けたマイクロ流体チャンネルと、
基部により支持される固体帯電粒子検出器とより成り、
窓は帯電粒子検出器とマイクロ流体チャンネルの間に介在し、
窓は固体帯電検出器が検出するためにマイクロ流体チャンネル内の陽電子放射物質からのベータ粒子が透過できるような十分な厚さを有する検出器組立体。 - 窓に隣接し、固体帯電粒子検出器を支持する基部の一部はベータ粒子の透過を実質的に減衰させるに十分な厚さを有するため、固体帯電粒子検出器の線形分解能が増加する請求項1の検出器組立体。
- 基部に選択した深さのコリメーションウェルをさらに備えた請求項1の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルは窓と固体帯電粒子検出器の間に位置する請求項3の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルはさらに、基部により画定される連続した側壁を有する請求項4の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルはさらに、マイクロチャンネル内の流体から放出されるベータ粒子をコリメートするに十分な深さを有するため、検出器が窓を通過する粒子と基部により減衰される粒子を区別できる請求項5の検出器組立体。
- 基部と固体帯電粒子検出器は互いに一体的である請求項1の検出器組立体。
- 固体帯電粒子検出器の第1の電極は基部の第1の側に位置し、固体帯電粒子検出器の第2の電極は基部の第2の側にあって基部の第1の側とは離隔している請求項1の検出器組立体。
- マイクロ流体チャンネルは第1または/及び第2の電極に隣接している請求項8の検出器組立体。
- 基部はガラス、ポリマー、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項1の検出器組立体。
- 基部はガラス、ポリマー、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項6の検出器組立体。
- 基部は、ガラス、ポリマー、ポリアクリレート、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項7の検出器組立体。
- 基部は、ガラス、ポリマー、ポリアクリレート、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項9の検出器組立体。
- マイクロ流体アセンブリ内の陽電子放射物質の濃度を量定する検出器組立体であって、
基部と、
流体が基部を通って流れることができるように基部に設けたマイクロ流体チャンネルと、
マイクロ流体チャンネルに近接して基部に設けた、帯電粒子をコリメーションするためのコリメーション手段と、
基部により支持され、コリメーション手段と連通関係にある固体帯電粒子検出器とより成る検出器組立体。 - 窓に隣接し、固体帯電粒子検出器を支持する基部の一部はベータ粒子の透過を実質的に減衰させるに十分な厚さを有するため、固体帯電粒子検出器の線形分解能が増加する請求項14の検出器組立体。
- コリメーション手段は窓と固体帯電粒子検出器の間に位置する請求項14の検出器組立体。
- コリメーション手段はさらに、基部により画定される連続した側壁を有する請求項16の検出器組立体。
- コリメーション手段はさらに、マイクロチャンネル内の流体から放出されるベータ粒子をコリメートするに十分な深さを有するため、検出器が窓を通過する粒子と基部により減衰される粒子を区別できる請求項17の検出器組立体。
- 基部と固体帯電粒子検出器は互いに一体的である請求項14の検出器組立体。
- 固体帯電粒子検出器の第1の電極は基部の第1の側に位置し、固体帯電粒子検出器の第2の電極は基部の第2の側にあって基部の第1の側とは離隔している請求項14の検出器組立体。
- マイクロ流体チャンネルは第1または/及び第2の電極に隣接している請求項20の検出器組立体。
- 基部はガラス、ポリマー、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項14の検出器組立体。
- 基部はガラス、ポリマー、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項18の検出器組立体。
- 基部は、ガラス、ポリマー、シリコンまたはこれらの派生物より成る材料群から選択される材料で少なくとも一部が作られている請求項19の検出器組立体。
- マイクロ流体アセンブリ内の陽電子放射物質の濃度を量定する検出器組立体であって、
基部と、
流体が基部を通って流れることができるように基部に設けたマイクロ流体チャンネルと、
基部により支持される固体帯電粒子検出器と、
マイクロ流体チャンネルに隣接して基部に設けた、固体帯電粒子検出器の線形分解能を増加させるための窓手段とより成る検出器組立体。 - 窓手段に隣接し、固体帯電粒子検出器を支持する基部の一部はベータ粒子の透過を実質的に減衰させるに十分な厚さを有するため、固体帯電粒子検出器の線形分解能が増加する請求項25の検出器組立体。
- 基部に選択した深さのコリメーションウェルをさらに備えた請求項25の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルは窓手段と固体帯電粒子検出器の間に位置する請求項27の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルはさらに、基部により画定される連続した側壁を有する請求項27の検出器組立体。
- コリメーションウェルはさらに、マイクロチャンネル内の流体から放出されるベータ粒子をコリメートするに十分な深さを有するため、検出器が窓を通過する粒子と基部により減衰される粒子を区別できる請求項29の検出器組立体。
- 基部と固体帯電粒子検出器は互いに一体的である請求項25の検出器組立体。
- 固体帯電粒子検出器の第1の電極は基部の第1の側に位置し、固体帯電粒子検出器の第2の電極は基部の第2の側にあって基部の第1の側とは離隔している請求項25の検出器組立体。
