Abstract
Description
− アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸のC1〜C24−アルキルエステル、メタクリル酸およびメタクリロニトリルから選択されたモノマーI 1種以上をモノマーの全量に対して30〜100質量%、
− 非水溶性であるかまたは難水溶性である二官能性または多官能性モノマーII 1種以上をモノマーの全量に対して0〜80質量%、
− その他のモノマーIIIをモノマーの全量に対して0〜40質量%
含有する、カプセルコアとして潜熱蓄熱材料を、およびシェルとしてポリマーを有するマイクロカプセル水性分散液の伝熱液としての使用が見いだされた。
−脂肪族炭化水素化合物、例えば分枝または有利に線状の、飽和または不飽和のC10〜C40−炭化水素、例えばn−テトラデカン、n−ペンタデカン、n−ヘキサデカン、n−ヘプタデカン、n−オクタデカン、n−ノナデカン、n−エイコサン、n−ヘンエイコサン、n−ドコサン、n−トリコサン、n−テトラコサン、n−ペンタコサン、n−ヘキサコサン、n−ヘプタコサン、n−オクタコサン並びに環式炭化水素、例えばシクロヘキサン、シクロオクタン、シクロデカン;
−芳香族炭化水素化合物、例えばベンゼン、ナフタレン、ビフェニル、o−またはn−テルフェニル、C1〜C40−アルキル置換芳香族炭化水素、例えばドデシルベンゼン、テトラデシルベンゼン、ヘキサデシルベンゼン、ヘキシルナフタレンまたはデシルナフタレン;
−飽和または不飽和C6〜C30−脂肪酸、例えばラウリン酸、ステアリン酸、油酸またはベヘン酸、有利にデカン酸と、例えばミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸またはラウリン酸とからなる共融混合物;
−脂肪アルコール、例えばラウリルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、セチルアルコール、混合物、例えばやし油脂肪アルコール並びにいわゆるオキソアルコール、これはα−オレフィンのヒドロホルミル化およびその他の反応により得られる;
−C6〜C30−脂肪アミン、例えばデシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミンまたはヘキサデシルアミン;
−エステル、例えば脂肪酸のC1〜C10−アルキルエステル、例えばプロピルパルミテート、メチルステアレート、またはメチルパルミテート、並びに有利にその共融混合物またはメチルシンナメート;
−天然および合成ワックス、例えばモンタン酸ワックス、モンタンエステルワックス、カルナバワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、酸化ワックス、ポリビニルエーテルワックス、エチレンビニルアセテートワックスまたはフィッシャー・トロップシュ法による硬質ワックス;
−ハロゲン化炭化水素、例えばクロロパラフィン、ブロモオクタデカン、ブロモペンタデカン、ブロモノナデカン、ブロモエイコサン、ブロモドコサン。

Claims (8)
- モノマー、ラジカル開始剤および潜熱蓄熱材料が分散相として存在する水中油型エマルジョンを加熱することにより得られ、この際このモノマー混合物が
− アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸のC1〜C24−アルキルエステル、メタクリル酸およびメタクリロニトリルから選択されたモノマーI 1種以上をモノマーの全量に対して30〜100質量%、
− 非水溶性であるかまたは難水溶性である二官能性または多官能性モノマーIIをモノマーの全量に対して0〜80質量%、
− その他のモノマーIIIをモノマーの全量に対して0〜40質量%
含有する、カプセルコアとして潜熱蓄熱材料を、およびシェルとしてポリマーを有するマイクロカプセル水性分散液の伝熱液としての使用。 - マイクロカプセルの平均粒度が0.5〜100μmである、請求項1記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- 潜熱蓄熱材料が親油性物質であり、−20〜120℃の温度範囲に固体/液体相転移を有する、請求項1または2記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- ポリマーが高度に架橋したメタクリル酸エステルポリマーである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- 水中油型エマルジョンが平均粒度0.005〜1μmの無機固体粒子を含有することを特徴とする、マイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- 伝熱液がそれらの間を循環している熱吸収部分と熱放出部分、および場合により伝熱液を搬送するためのポンプを包含するシステム中での伝熱液としての、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- 静的システム中での伝熱液としての、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
- 建物のための暖冷房システム、自動車のための暖冷房システム、ソーラ設備、冷蔵および冷凍装置、産業的な熱交換体、コンピューターおよびエレクトロニクスのための冷却、パーソナル快適システム、微気候冷暖房システムからなる群から選択されたシステム中への、伝熱液としての、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のマイクロカプセル水性分散液の使用。
