Claims (7)
- 第一の車両電気システム電圧を要する始動装置(S)、第一の車両電気システム電圧よりも高い第二の車両電気システム電圧を発生する発電機(G)、DC/DCコンバータ(1)、始動装置用バッテリ(BS)、車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)、制御装置(2)、点火スイッチ(ZS)、及び前記始動装置が作動するときに閉じる始動装置用スイッチ(SS)を有し、前記始動装置(S)及び前記発電機(G)が、前記制御装置(2)の第一端子及び、前記制御装置(2)から前記始動装置(S)と前記発電機(G)に通じる第一及び第二制御線(AL1、AL2)に接続される自動車用の二電圧車両電気システムにおいて、
前記始動装置用バッテリ(BS)及び前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)が同一の定格電圧を有し、直列に接続されており、
始動装置用切替え装置(U)が前記起動装置用バッテリ(BS)及び前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)間の接続の中に配置され、
前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)が、一つの端子でアースに接続され、その他の端子で前記起動装置用切替え装置(U)の第一端子に接続され、
前記始動装置用切替え装置(U)の第二端子が前記始動装置用バッテリ(BS)の端子に接続され、
前記始動装置用バッテリ(BS)のその他の端子もまた前記制御装置(2)の第一端子に接続され、
前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)、始動装置用切替え装置(U)、及び始動装置用バッテリ(BS)で構成されるこの直列接続が前記始動装置(S)又は発電機(G)と並列に配置され、
前記始動装置用切替え装置(U)が第三制御線(AL3)を通じて前記制御装置(2)に接続され、
前記切替え装置(U)に接続された前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)の端子もまた前記制御装置(2)の第二端子及び前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)の第一端子に接続され、
前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)が第二端子で前記制御装置(2)の第一端子に接続され、一方前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)の第三端子がアースに接続され、そこで前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)が前記制御装置(2)の第四制御線(AL4)を用いて制御され、
さらに前記制御装置(2)が、それを通じて前記制御装置(2)が点火スイッチ(ZS)又は始動装置用スイッチ(SS)が作動しているかどうかについての情報を受け取る、更なる制御線を通じて前記点火スイッチ(SZ)及び前記始動装置用スイッチ(SS)に接続されることを特徴とする二電圧車両電気システム。 - 前記制御装置(2)が前記バッテリ(BB、BS)と前記始動装置(S)、及び前記発電機(G)の作動状態を伝送するセンサ装置に接続され、そしてこれらの作動状態に対応して前記切替え装置(U)及び前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
- 前記発電機(G)が、直列に接続された前記始動装置用バッテリ及び前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BS、BB)の充電過程に使用可能で、前記始動装置用バッテリ(BS)の電圧レベルに関して、前記始動装置用バッテリ(BS)の均等充電が前記車両電気システムを通じて実行でき、また前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BB)の均等充電がDC/DCコンバータ(1)を通じて行われることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
- 前記制御装置(2)が「発電機不具合」信号又はDC/DCコンバータ(1)「不具合信号」に対応して、前記始動装置用切替え装置(U)を制御することにより、前記バッテリ(BS、BB)の1つを通じて緊急作動用の供給に切替えることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
- 前記DC/DCコンバータ(1)が双方向性であり、従って前記始動装置用バッテリと前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BS、BB)の間のエネルギー交換が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
- 緊急の始動が、前記制御装置(2)を用いて前記始動装置用切替え装置(U)を制御することにより、前記2台のバッテリ(BS、BB)の並列接続にて実行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
- 二電圧車両電気システムが、14/28Vの車両電気システムであり、そこで前記始動装置用バッテリ及び前記車両電気システム用バッテリ(BS、BB)がそれぞれ12Vバッテリであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二電圧車両電気システム。
