Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載した形式の、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる高圧ポンプから出発する。
請求項1記載の特徴を備えた本発明による高圧ポンプは従来のものに比べて、リングおよび支持エレメントの耐摩耗性が改善されており、これによって、高圧ポンプが、極めて高い圧力の形成時でも、燃料の潤滑作用が僅かな場合でも、十分な寿命を達成するという利点を有している。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる高圧ポンプであって、駆動軸(12)と、少なくとも1つのポンプエレメント(14)とが設けられており、該ポンプエレメント(14)が、駆動軸(12)によってストローク運動で駆動されるポンプピストン(20)を有しており、駆動軸(12)の、その回転軸線(13)に対して偏心的に配置された区分(16)に、リング(18)が回転可能に支承されており、該リング(18)にポンプピストン(20)が、支持エレメント(24)を介して支持されている形式のものにおいて、リング(18)および/または支持エレメント(24)が、少なくともその接触領域に多数のマイクロ凹部(42)を有しており、リング(18)および/または支持エレメント(24)に少なくともその接触領域で固体潤滑材層(40)が被着されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる高圧ポンプ。
- マイクロ凹部(42)が、約2〜30μmの深さおよび/または約15〜30μmの幅および/または互いに約30〜150μmの間隔を有している、請求項1記載の高圧ポンプ。
- マイクロ凹部(42)が、球面状窪みの形で形成されている、請求項1または2記載の高圧ポンプ。
- マイクロ凹部(42)が、溝の形で形成されている、請求項1または2記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 溝が交差している、請求項4記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 溝が、少なくともほぼ円セグメント状に形成されている、請求項4記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 固体潤滑材層(40)が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンおよび/または黒鉛および/または二硫化モリブデンを含有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 固体潤滑材層(40)が、バインダ材料を有しており、該バインダ材料内に固体潤滑材粒子が、均一に分配されて含有されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の高圧ポンプ。
- リング(18)および/または支持エレメント(24)の表面と固体潤滑材層(40)との間に、定着させる中間層(44)が配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の高圧ポンプ。
