Abstract
【解決手段】 ドアインナパネル本体3の片面に貫通孔9を包囲するように一体に突設された環状取付座11を、内外2重の内側取付座部17及び外側取付座部19と、内側取付座部17及び外側取付座部19を4箇所で連結する連結取付座部とで構成する。ドアインナパネル1表面にスキン層23を形成する。パネル本体3内部に多数の空隙を有する膨張層25を形成する。取付座11及び内側取付座部17と外側取付座部19との間のパネル本体3を膨張層25を有しないソリッド層27で形成する。

Description
図3はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る樹脂成形体としての自動車のサイドドアの一部を構成する樹脂製ドアインナパネル(ドアモジュール)1を車室内側から見た斜視図である。このドアインナパネル1は、成形体本体としてのドアインナパネル本体(以下、パネル本体という)3を備え、該パネル本体3の車室内側の面には、ウインドガラス昇降用レール(図示せず)を取り付けるための円筒形の取付座5が4箇所に一体に突設されている。図3で左下隅に対応するパネル本体3の車外側の面には、円形植木鉢状のスピーカ収容部7が一体に突設されている。上記パネル本体3の周縁部内寄りには、複数個の円形貫通孔9が所定間隔をあけて全周に亘って形成され、パネル本体3の車室内側の面において上記貫通孔9周縁部には、該貫通孔9を包囲するように円環状取付座11が一体に突設されている。図3中、13はウインドガラス昇降用のモータ取付部である。
図6はこの実施の形態2に係る樹脂成形体としてのドアインナパネル1の図1相当図であり、図7及び図8は図4及び図5に相当する成形工程図である。
図9はこの実施の形態3に係る樹脂成形体としてのドアインナパネル1の図1相当図である。

Claims (3)
- 成形型のキャビティ内に射出充填した繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂が固化する過程でキャビティ容積を拡大させて上記繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂を膨張させることにより、スキン層が表面に形成されるとともに多数の空隙を有する膨張層が内部に形成されたパネル状の樹脂成形体であって、
貫通孔が形成された成形体本体と、該成形体本体の少なくとも一方の面において上記貫通孔周縁部に該貫通孔を包囲するように一体に突設された環状取付座とを備え、
上記取付座は、上記貫通孔内周面を含む内側取付座部と、該内側取付座部の外側に間隔をあけて該内側取付座部を包囲するように設けられた外側取付座部と、これら内側取付座部及び外側取付座部を複数箇所で連結する連結取付座部とからなり、
上記取付座及び内側取付座部と外側取付座部との間の成形体本体は、膨張層を有しないソリッド層で形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体において、
取付座は成形体本体の両面に取付座の少なくとも内側取付座部及び外側取付座部が対向するように突設されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂成形体において、
成形体本体の取付座外周近傍部には、膨張層を有しないソリッド層が取付座を包囲するように所定幅に亘って形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形体。
