Abstract
【解決手段】機関始動時には、機関始動後の通常運転時に比して燃料インジェクタに供給する燃料圧力を高める制御と、燃料インジェクタによる機関1サイクル分の燃料噴射を複数回に分けて噴射する分割噴射の制御とを行う。

始動時制御手段63は、エンジンの温度検出手段61、始動検出手段62、燃焼回数検出手段60からの信号の処理を行い、目標燃圧設定手段65と、噴射タイミング設定手段68、燃料分割設定手段71、点火時期リタード設定手段72の各々に所定の信号を送る。

Claims (6)
- 各気筒に燃料噴射を行う燃料噴射手段を備えた燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
機関始動時には、機関始動後の通常運転時に比して前記燃料噴射手段に供給する燃料圧力を高める制御と、前記燃料噴射手段による機関1サイクル分の燃料噴射を複数回に分けて噴射する分割噴射の制御を行うことを特徴とする燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 各気筒に燃料噴射を行う燃料噴射手段を備えた燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
機関始動時には、機関始動後の通常運転時に比して前記燃料噴射手段に供給する燃料圧力を高める制御と、前記燃料噴射手段による機関1サイクル分の燃料噴射を吸気行程中に複数回に分けて噴射する分割噴射の制御を行うことを特徴とする燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 機関始動後の内燃機関の状態に応じて燃料噴射時期を吸気行程時より排気行程時へ移行させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 吸気行程での噴射時期を、機関始動時には空気流速が速いクランク角度位置に設定し、機関回転数が上昇を始めたら機関回転数に応じて空気流速の遅いクランク角度位置に変更する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 分割噴射制御時には、点火時期をリタードする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 分割噴射制御終了後に、二次空気を機関排気通路に供給する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の燃料噴射式の内燃機関の制御装置。
