Abstract
【解決手段】 位置検出器3は、所定の可動方向xに移動可能な可動部材10に付設した磁界発生部材11と、磁界発生部材11の移動による磁界変化を検出する磁界検出手段12とを備え、磁界発生部材12は、N極に着磁したN極部13と、N極部13と可動方向に並んだS極に着磁したS極部14と、N極部13とS極部14との間の着磁していない不着磁部15とからなる。

Description
この構成によれば、小型のカメラユニット等の光学機器が実現できる。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態である位置決め装置1の構成を示す概略図である。位置決め装置1は、圧電アクチュエータ2と位置検出器3とからなり、圧電アクチュエータ2の駆動回路4と、位置検出器3の検出信号を処理する検出回路5と、位置指令によって指示された位置に対応する検出回路5の出力が得られるように駆動回路4を制御する制御回路6とを有している。
A>0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)+2、
B<0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)−2、
A≦0且つB≧0の場合、(B+A)/(B−A)の演算を行う演算装置(演算手段)18とからなっている。
図3は、磁界発生部材11から0.65mm離れた地点でのx方向の位置に対する磁束密度を示す。位置は、磁界発生部材11の中央を0として示している。磁界発生部材11は、±0.6mmの部分に着磁がなされていない不着磁部15が存在しているために、およそ±1mmの間で磁束密度が直線的に変化する線形範囲を有している。

Claims (10)
- 所定の可動方向に移動可能な可動部材に付設した磁界発生部材と、前記磁界発生部材の移動による磁界変化を検出する磁界検出手段とを備え、
前記磁界発生部材は、N極に着磁したN極部と、前記N極部と前記可動方向に並んだS極に着磁したS極部と、前記N極部と前記S極部との間の着磁していない不着磁部とからなることを特徴とする位置検出器。 - 前記不着磁部の前記可動方向の長さは、前記磁界発生部材の全長の1/10以上1/3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記磁界検出手段は、前記可動方向に並んだ2つの磁界変化を検出する磁界検出素子を有し、
前記2つの磁界検出素子の検出信号を、線形範囲において小さい方をA、大きい方をBとすると、(B+A)/(B−A)の演算を行う演算手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の位置検出器。 - 前記磁界検出手段は、前記可動方向に並んだ2つの磁界変化を検出する磁界検出素子を有し、
前記2つの磁界検出素子の検出信号を、線形範囲において小さい方をA、大きい方をBとすると、
A>0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)+2、
B<0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)−2、
A≦0且つB≧0の場合、(B+A)/(B−A)の演算を行う演算手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の位置検出器。 - 所定の可動方向に移動可能な可動部材に付設した磁界発生部材と、前記磁界発生部材の移動による磁界変化を検出する磁界検出手段とを備え、
前記磁界検出手段は、前記可動方向に並んだ磁界変化を検出する2つの磁界検出素子を有し、
前記2つの磁界検出素子の検出信号を、線形範囲において小さい方をA、大きい方をBとすると、
A>0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)+2、
B<0の場合、(A−B)/(A+B)−2、
A≦0且つB≧0の場合、(B+A)/(B−A)の演算を行う演算手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする位置検出器。 - 前記磁界検出素子は、ホール素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の位置検出器。
- 所定の可動方向に移動可能な可動部材に付設され、前記可動方向に一定の幅でN極とS極とが繰り返されるように着磁された磁界発生部材と、
前記磁界発生部材の移動による磁界変化を検出する2つの磁界検出素子とを有し、
前記2つの磁界検出素子は、前記N極および前記S極の幅をそれぞれ1/2δとすると、整数nについて前記可動方向に(n/2+1/4)δで表される間隔で並んで配置され、
前記2つの磁界検出素子の検出信号をそれぞれAおよびBとすると、
AおよびBが共に0以上または0以下の場合は(A−B)/(A+B)、
AまたはBのいずれか一方だけが0未満の場合は(A+B)/(A−B)の演算をする演算手段を有することを特徴とする位置検出器。 - 前記磁界検出素子は、磁気抵抗効果素子であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記1から8のいずれかの位置検出器を備え、
前記可動部材は、前記可動方向に伸縮する電気機械変換素子によって前記可動方向に進退させられる駆動軸に摩擦係合しており、
前記電気機械変換素子の伸長と収縮の速度を異ならせることで前記可動部材を前記駆動軸上で滑り移動させる圧電アクチュエータであることを特徴とする位置決め装置。 - 前記可動部材は、光学素子を保持することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の位置決め装置。
