Abstract
【解決手段】遊星キャリア(12)は、遊星歯車を支持するジャーナル軸受(16)を含み、このジャーナル軸受は、歯車負荷を支持する潤滑油のフィルムを生じさせるために潤滑油を受け入れる。トルクフレーム(14)がキャリアハウジングに連結されており、キャリアハウジングにトルクを伝達するとともにその捻れを防止する。トルクフレームは、個々のジャーナル軸受に潤滑油をそれぞれ供給する複数の潤滑油供給通路を含む。各々の潤滑油供給通路は、通常運転中に潤滑油を蓄えるアキュムレータ(38)を含む。このアキュムレータは、所望の量の潤滑油を蓄え、一次装置の停止と二次装置による潤滑油流れの回復との合間の時間において隣接するジャーナル軸受に潤滑油を提供する。

Claims (18)
- 遊星歯車を支持するキャリアハウジングと、
前記キャリアハウジングのトルクによる捻れを防止するために該キャリアハウジングに取り付けられたトルクフレームと、を有し、前記トルクフレームおよび前記キャリアハウジングの一方は、前記遊星歯車の少なくともいくつかに油を供給する潤滑油通路を含むことを特徴とする遊星歯車列アセンブリ。 - 前記トルクフレームおよび前記キャリアハウジングの少なくとも一方の内部に設けられるとともに、前記潤滑油通路と流体的に連通するアキュムレータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータは、入口と出口とを有し、これらは共に前記潤滑油通路と連通していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記入口は入口オリフィスを含み、前記出口は出口オリフィスを含み、前記出口オリフィスは前記アキュムレータから前記潤滑油通路への潤滑油流れを制限していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記出口オリフィスを迂回する通路を有し、この通路は、前記出口オリフィスよりも大きい潤滑油流れを供給する通路オリフィスを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータを迂回する通路を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記トルクフレームはハブ部を含み、このハブ部は潤滑油用の入口を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータは、前記入口の径方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記トルクフレームはボス部を含み、このボス部は、潤滑油を前記キャリアハウジングに連通させる出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 潤滑油用の入口を含むハブと、
前記ハブから径方向に離間されているとともに潤滑油用の出口を含むボスと、
前記ハブと前記ボスとの間に設けられ、前記入口と前記出口との間に潤滑油用の通路を画成するスポーク部と、を有することを特徴とする遊星歯車ハウジング用のトルクフレームアセンブリ。 - 前記入口から流入する潤滑油の停止に応答して所望の時間にわたって遊星歯車ハウジングへの潤滑油流れを維持するために、所望の量の潤滑油を蓄えるアキュムレータを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の遊星歯車ハウジング用のトルクフレームアセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータは、前記通路の一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の遊星歯車ハウジング用のトルクフレームアセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータは、前記通路から独立したチャンバを含み、このチャンバは、アキュムレータ入口とアキュムレータ出口とを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の遊星歯車ハウジング用のトルクフレームアセンブリ。
- 前記アキュムレータ出口は、出口オリフィスを含み、この出口オリフィスは、潤滑油の所望の流量を提供することを特徴とする請求項13記載の遊星歯車ハウジング用のトルクフレームアセンブリ。
- 一次潤滑油供給源の故障と潤滑油流れの回復との間の時間において遊星歯車装置の歯車に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給方法であって、
a.遊星歯車装置の構造体の内部に設けられたアキュムレータに潤滑油を蓄え、
b.一次潤滑油供給源からの潤滑油流れの停止に応答して、前記アキュムレータから潤滑油通路に潤滑油を放出することを含むことを特徴とする潤滑油供給方法。 - 前記アキュムレータには、所望の運転中に潤滑油が連続的に補給されることを特徴とする請求項15記載の潤滑油供給方法。
- 前記アキュムレータは、所望の時間にわたって所望の潤滑を維持するために、前記遊星歯車装置用の潤滑油を含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の潤滑油供給方法。
- 前記所望の時間は、潤滑油の枯渇と予備の潤滑装置からの補給との間の継続時間であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の潤滑油供給方法。
