Claims (10)
- 同軸の内部太陽歯車(2)および外部太陽歯車(3)を備える、特にターボ機械用の遊星歯車減速機(1)にして、内部太陽歯車(2)はその軸(X)を中心に回転可能であり、外部太陽歯車(3)は静止しており、少なくとも1つの遊星歯車(4)は遊星キャリア(6)上で回転して移動可能であるように装着され内部太陽歯車(2)および外部太陽歯車(3)の両方と噛み合い、遊星キャリア(6)は内部太陽歯車(2)および外部太陽歯車(3)の軸(X)を中心に旋回することが可能であり、遊星歯車(4)は、遊星キャリア(6)の円筒形表面(8)を中心に回転して移動可能であるように装着された円筒形の内表面(7)を有し、減速機(1)は、前記円筒形表面(7、8)の間の境界面(9)において油を供給するための手段をさらに備える、遊星歯車減速機であって、油供給手段はチャンバ(10)を備え、チャンバは、遊星キャリア(6)内に設けられ、油のバッファ容積を形成するように意図され、遊星キャリア(6)の回転軸(X)から離間したいわゆる下部域(15)と、遊星キャリア(6)の回転軸(X)に近いいわゆる上部域(16)と、前記境界面(9)および上部域(16)において開口する少なくとも1つの主要通路(19)と、前記境界面(9)および下部域(15)において開口する少なくとも1つの二次通路(20a、20b)とを有することを特徴とする、遊星歯車減速機。
- チャンバ(10)が実質的に円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減速機(1)。
- 二次通路(20a、20b)の断面は主要通路(19)の断面よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の減速機(1)。
- チャンバ(10)が少なくとも2つの部分(10a、10b)を備え、部分は互いに対して軸方向にずらされ、チャンバ(10)の各部分(10a、10b)の下部域(15)において開口する少なくとも1つの連通孔(18)によって一緒に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- チャンバ(10)の2つの部分(10a、10b)が隔壁(12)によって分離されており、隔壁は、両方の部分(10a、10b)を接続し各部分(10a、10b)の上部域(16)において開口する孔(17)を備え、主要通路(19)は前記孔(17)内に開口することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の減速機(1)。
- 二次通路(20a、20b)が、チャンバ(10)の最下点(13)から半径方向に離れた点においてチャンバ(10)内に開口することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- 二次通路(20a、20b)が、チャンバ(10)の内壁(24)に対して突起する領域(23)においてチャンバ(10)内に開口することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の減速機(1)。
- チャンバ(10)の最下点(13)から半径方向に離れた点において、遊星キャリア(6)の回転軸(X)を通る半径方向平面(A)の両側に開口する少なくとも2つの二次通路(20a、20b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
- 各二次通路(20a、20b)が、チャンバ(10)の部分(10a、10b)内に開口することを特徴とする、請求項5および8に記載の減速機(1)。
- チャンバ(10)がチャンバ(10)の下部域(15)に設けられた溝(25)を備え、前記溝(25)は互いから軸方向に離間した少なくとも上部域(26)および少なくとも下部域(27)を備え、溝(25)の下部域(27)は溝(25)の上部域(26)よりも遊星キャリア(6)の回転軸(X)から半径方向にさらに離れており、溝(25)の前記下部域(27)はチャンバ(10)内の二次通路(20a、20b)の開口から軸方向に離れていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の減速機(1)。
