【解決手段】 本発明は、シャフトの止め輪溝のシャフト端面側の壁の角度をα、内輪に形成した当接部の角度をβとし、両角度の関係を
0°<α≦β
とし、要求仕様に合わせてシャフトと内輪を組み合わせて組み立てるものである。

0°<α≦β とすることにより、シャフトと内輪を着脱できる場合と、着脱できない場合に選択して組み立てることができる。

Claims (5)
- シャフトの挿入孔を有した等速ジョイントの内輪と、
内輪の挿入孔内に位置するリング状の止め輪溝を有したシャフトと、
止め輪溝に設けられた止め輪と、
シャフトに引き抜き方向の力が加わった時に、止め輪に縮径方向の力を付与する内輪に形成された当接部と、止め輪に拡径方向の力を付与するシャフトに形成された当接部とを備え、
シャフトの当接部を前記止め輪溝の壁として、各当接部の傾斜角度を、シャフトの引き抜き方向に対して直角な面を基準にして、止め輪溝の壁の角度をα、内輪の当接部の角度をβとし、両角度α,βの関係を
0°<α≦β
としたことを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。 - シャフトと内輪が分解しにくい仕様とする場合は、前記両角度の関係を、0°≦(β−α)≦19°としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
- シャフトと内輪が分解しやすい仕様とする場合は、前記両角度の関係を、19°<(β−α)としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
- シャフトと内輪とはスプラインで結合されており、前記内輪の当接部を、スプラインの軸方向範囲外に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
- シャフトと内輪とはスプラインで結合されており、当接部が内輪のスプラインに溝として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
