本发明公开了一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,主要包括固定端球笼、星形套、星形套花键、星形套卡簧槽、轴杆、轴杆花键、轴杆卡簧槽和卡簧,所述的固定端球笼的另一端固定连接星形套,星形套内设有星形套花键、星形套花键上设有星形套卡簧槽,所述的轴杆被插入一端设有轴杆花键,轴杆花键上设有轴杆卡簧槽,轴杆卡簧槽呈阶梯形,其中装配次序为卡簧先装入轴杆卡簧槽内,轴杆花键与星形套花键对中后,对轴杆沿着轴向施力,卡簧的弹性形变恢复且正好卡在星形套卡簧槽和轴杆卡簧槽内。本发明的有益效果为:通过在轴杆花键上加工阶梯形卡簧槽,使轴杆在拉拔的情况下不容易脱出;本发明通过对轴杆的结构设计,增强了轴杆与星形套连接的稳定性和可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴杆与固定节的连接结构,主要是一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构。
背景技术
现有的等速驱动轴固定端球笼与轴杆的连接结构,在轴杆花键上和星形套花键上均开有卡簧槽,装配时,卡簧先装入轴杆被插入端的卡簧槽内,轴杆花键与星形套花键对中后,将轴杆插入的同时,卡簧被挤压,当轴杆卡簧槽与星形套卡簧槽位置基本一致时,卡簧弹开,同时落在轴杆和星形套的卡簧槽内,起到轴向定位的作用。但这种卡簧槽结构,在有较大的轴向拉拔力情况下,在卡簧槽内的卡簧收缩到比星形套花键小径还小时,轴杆和卡簧有一起被拉拔出的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,通过对轴杆的结构设计,增强了轴杆与星形套连接的稳定性和可靠性。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的。这种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,主要包括固定端球笼、星形套、星形套花键、星形套卡簧槽、轴杆、轴杆花键、轴杆卡簧槽和卡簧,所述的固定端球笼的另一端固定连接星形套,星形套内设有星形套花键、星形套花键上设有星形套卡簧槽,所述的轴杆被插入一端设有轴杆花键,轴杆花键上设有轴杆卡簧槽,轴杆卡簧槽呈阶梯形,其中装配次序为卡簧先装入轴杆卡簧槽内,轴杆花键与星形套花键对中后,对轴杆沿着轴向施力,卡簧在外力的作用下受到挤压,直至轴杆卡簧槽与星形套卡簧槽位置基本一致时,卡簧的弹性形变恢复且正好卡在星形套卡簧槽和轴杆卡簧槽内。
更进一步的,所述的轴杆卡簧槽的第一端面呈平直面,第二端面带有阶梯。
更进一步的,所述的星形套卡簧槽的第一端面带有斜角,第二端面呈平直面。
更进一步的,所述的轴杆卡簧槽的第一端面与星形套卡簧槽的第一端面位于同一侧,轴杆卡簧槽的第二端面与星形套卡簧槽的第二端面位于同一侧。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过在轴杆花键上加工阶梯形卡簧槽,使轴杆在拉拔的情况下不容易脱出。
2、采用此种轴杆卡簧槽的结构,加工简单,成本也大致不变。

实施例1:这种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,主要包括固定端球笼1、星形套2、星形套花键2-1、星形套卡簧槽2-2、轴杆3、轴杆花键3-1、轴杆卡簧槽3-2和卡簧4,所述的固定端球笼1的另一端固定连接星形套2,星形套2内设有星形套花键2-1、星形套花键2-1上设有星形套卡簧槽2-2,所述的轴杆3被插入一端设有轴杆花键3-1,轴杆花键3-1上设有轴杆卡簧槽3-2,轴杆卡簧槽3-2呈阶梯形,其中装配次序为卡簧4先装入轴杆卡簧槽3-2内,轴杆花键3-1与星形套花键2-1对中后,对轴杆3沿着轴向施力,卡簧4在外力的作用下受到挤压,直至轴杆卡簧槽3-2与星形套卡簧槽2-2位置基本一致时,卡簧4的弹性形变恢复且正好卡在星形套卡簧槽2-2和轴杆卡簧槽3-2内。通过在轴杆花键上加工阶梯形卡簧槽,使轴杆在拉拔的情况下不容易脱出。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,如图1和图2所示,所述的轴杆卡簧槽3-2的第一端面3-2-1呈平直面,第二端面3-2-2带有阶梯。采用此种轴杆卡簧槽的结构,加工简单,成本也大致不变。
实施例3:在实施例1的基础上,如图3所示,所述的星形套卡簧槽2-2的第一端面2-2-1带有斜角,第二端面2-2-2呈平直面。星形套卡簧槽的结构不变,避免了加工工序的重制。
实施例4:在实施例2和实施例3的基础上,如图4所示,所述的轴杆卡簧槽的第一端面3-2-1与星形套卡簧槽的第一端面2-2-1位于同一侧,轴杆卡簧槽的第二端面3-2-2与星形套卡簧槽的第二端面2-2-2位于同一侧。轴杆卡簧槽与星形套卡簧槽的配合使用,在轴向拉拔力的作用下,能有效地卡住卡簧。

1.一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,其特征在于:主要包括固定端球笼(1)、星形套(2)、星形套花键(2-1)、星形套卡簧槽(2-2)、轴杆(3)、轴杆花键(3-1)、轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)和卡簧(4),所述的固定端球笼(1)的另一端固定连接星形套(2),星形套(2)内设有星形套花键(2-1)、星形套花键(2-1)上设有星形套卡簧槽(2-2),所述的轴杆(3)被插入一端设有轴杆花键(3-1),轴杆花键(3-1)上设有轴杆卡簧槽(3-2),轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)呈阶梯形,其中装配次序为卡簧(4)先装入轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)内,轴杆花键(3-1)与星形套花键(2-1)对中后,对轴杆(3)沿着轴向施力,卡簧(4)在外力的作用下受到挤压,直至轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)与星形套卡簧槽(2-2)位置基本一致时,卡簧(4)的弹性形变恢复且正好卡在星形套卡簧槽(2-2)和轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,其特征在于:所述的轴杆卡簧槽(3-2)的第一端面(3-2-1)呈平直面,第二端面(3-2-2)带有阶梯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,其特征在于:所述的星形套卡簧槽(2-2)的第一端面(2-2-1)带有斜角,第二端面(2-2-2)呈平直面。
4.根据权利要求2和3所述的一种防止轴杆拉脱的结构,其特征在于:所述的轴杆卡簧槽的第一端面(3-2-1)与星形套卡簧槽的第一端面(2-2-1)位于同一侧,轴杆卡簧槽的第二端面(3-2-2)与星形套卡簧槽的第二端面(2-2-2)位于同一侧。
