Abstract
【解決手段】 止め輪14のシャフト挿入方向の表面に挿入孔9の入口側と当接する傾斜面14bを形成するとともに、止め輪14のシャフト引抜き方向の表面に挿入孔9の出口側に形成された直角な当接部15と当接する平面14aを形成し、シャフト6の挿入時は止め輪14の縮径を傾斜面14bで行い、シャフト6の装着後の引抜き方向への力に対しては、止め輪14に縮径方向の分力を発生しないようにする。

Claims (4)
- シャフトと嵌合するための挿入孔を有する等速ジョイントの内輪と、
リング状の止め輪溝を有するシャフトと、
前記止め輪溝内に位置する弾性的に拡径・縮径が可能な止め輪とからなり、
シャフトに引抜き方向の力が加わったとき、止め輪が前記挿入孔に形成した当接部と前記止め輪溝との間に介在することにより、シャフトの抜けを防止するようにしたシャフト抜け防止構造において、
前記当接部がシャフトの引抜き方向に対して直角な面で構成され、
前記止め輪が、前記当接部と当接するシャフト引抜き方向に対して表面が直角な平面と、挿入孔の入口端部と当接するシャフト挿入方向に向かって内径が漸減する表面が傾斜した傾斜面を有することを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。 - 前記止め輪がバネ鋼から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
- 前記等速ジョイントが、ベル型の外輪と、内輪と、トルク伝達手段とよりなる請求項1に記載のシャフト抜け防止構造。
- 前記止め輪が、内輪にシャフトが組付けられる前に、シャフトの止め輪溝に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト抜け防止構造。
