Claims (3)
- 外表面と、
前記外表面の内方に形成され、該外表面から、少なくとも1つの溝底面を定める少なくとも1つの溝深さで延びている複数の周方向溝と、
前記外表面の内方に形成され、該外表面から前記少なくとも1つの溝深さで延びている複数の横方向溝と、
前記タイヤの周囲に配置され、前記周方向溝と前記横方向溝とによって形成された複数のトレッドブロックと、
前記トレッドブロックの少なくとも2つの間を、前記周方向溝または前記横方向溝の少なくとも1つを横切って延び、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの溝底面から離間している少なくとも1つのタイバーと、
を有するタイヤ。 - 少なくとの1つの溝底面まで延び、かつ複数のトレッドブロックを形成する、複数の周方向溝と複数の横方向溝とを備えたタイヤトレッドを形成するステップと、
前記トレッドブロックの少なくとも2つの間を、前記周方向溝または前記横方向溝の少なくとも1つを横切って延び、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの溝底面から離間している少なくとも1つのタイバーを形成するステップと、
を有する、タイヤの製造方法。 - 複数の周方向溝と、複数の横方向溝と、該複数の周方向溝および該横方向溝によって形成される複数のトレッドブロックとを有するタイヤトレッドであって、該複数の周方向溝および該横方向溝は少なくとも1つの溝底面まで延びているタイヤトレッドを形成するようにされた、少なくとも1つの第1の成型部材と、
前記トレッドブロックの少なくとも2つの間に少なくとも1つのタイバーを形成するようにされ、形成された該タイバーが、形成された前記溝底面から離間するように、形成された前記溝底面まで延びる溝接触部を有している、少なくとも1つの第2の成型部材と、
を有するタイヤ製造用の金型。
