Abstract
【解決手段】 内軸2の一端側には内輪3が外嵌されて、かしめにより内軸2に固定される。このかしめの際、内軸2はかしめ受け治具Uで支持される。かしめ受け治具Uが当接する受け部12は、内軸2の一端側の近傍、例えば、内軸2の他端側の外周部に形成されている軌道部2aよりも内輪3に近い位置に設けられていて、かしめ治具Kから作用するかしめ荷重は、所要部位のみを塑性変形させる。

Claims (1)
- 内軸の一端側を、当該内軸に外嵌した内輪の端面にかしめつける転がり軸受装置の製造方法であって、
内軸の一端側の近傍にかしめ時に内軸に加わる応力を受ける受け部を形成し、受け部をかしめ受け治具で支持した状態にてかしめを行う、ことを特徴とする転がり軸受装置の製造方法。
